I heard somewhere about men who feel that they are lesbian women trapped in a mans' body. Is that possible? Has anyone got any ideas?

Thanks in advance for your knowledge

Sexuality and gender are both sliding scales...They are bound to converge at some pretty strange seeming points for most people...

So it's possible that this may exist...

Well...yes....It's hard to define it though..Someone who feels a woman in a mans body but still has urges for females...Yes that definately exists

Wow that should be a bit weird though and hard for the person to realise it very easily.
It's confusing just to think about it but it's a really interesting concept I believe.

Sexual interests are largely hormonal....but hormones help to cause the formation of gender norms...So when you get a hormonaly imbalanced child or a child affected in the womb this supposedly leads to a divergence from 'normal' brain formation for someone of that gender....You can get bi tendencies...Of course this is a controvercial issue as some believe bisexuality is a choice...But I know about choice.

Well yeah it's hard to decide with 100% certainty what is the true answer but I guess that we are all a bit different in that aspect as we all have different fingerprints and different way of writing for example.

Well different ways of writing is psychological but fingerprints are genetic...So....that shows the easily distinguished..wheras gender and sexual preference aren't so clear.

My friends and I kid around about being "a lesbian trapped in a man's body" all the time. But yeah, I'd say it's definitely possible for someone to seriously feel this way. There are a lot of possibilities out there...
