I've seen this before but just found it again on Youtube. Any other evidence of an afterlife (or reincarnation) you can show us?
Just for the record I also found stories of people who died and were revived and describe being in Hell or Heaven. So, what's your view.

I have had times where I feel like past lives are trying to influence this life, their experiences, perspectives, trying to resurface, including their flaws, desires, outlooks, a hindrance at times, a boon at others.
I wander sometimes if what we are between lives, the comination of all these lives is something totally different than any individual piece, and its basically just playing a game starting over from Lv.1 time and time again just for the experiences of doing it all over again in a different setting with different characters. Different abilities, limitations, character development.
but what happens to the game if the memory, the data from other games starts to leak through into the current one, especially given the conditions of no remembering those games while the current one is in play.
can you imagine how frustrating it would be if a past life you were much stronger, smarter, faster, and skilled than your current life. Remember eating and enjoying things you either can't find now or your current tastebuds can't appreciate "I know it shouldn't taste like this" kind of deal. Remember a life of luxory but now live in poverty, remember being a ruler but now a peasent, remember lives as a soldier, lives as a mercinary, lives as a monster in the woods, ect...
Should we even try to remember past lives knowing that they may pollute our current lives with ideas and ego that only interefere with the here and now? Or accept them and try to learn from them, profit on their experience to make this life better?

If I had the memories from when I was more skilled, wouldn't I become more skilled?

Not neccisarily, the mind of a 75 year old man may rememeber when he was a steady handed youth with perfect percision as a surgeon, a sniper, and a lover, but that doesn't mean he could hold a scalpel, see well enough to aim, and his body be too feeble and out of practice to be the great loverboy every again.
Past life is what it is, memories. The body can make a lot of difference. Imagine having a memory of martial arts, being a champion fighter in a past life; those memories suddenly come back to you on how to perform the techniques, your pattern. You try it, but your legs don't move right, you hurt you back, and you run out of energy too quickly.
your current body hasn't been physically trained through your whole life like your old one was. So you'd have to try and remember your training regime if you wanted to be able to do what you could do in that past life.
Lets put it this way, in a past life you were a bird, now you remember how you would fly, ride the currents, swoop, and take off. But now no matter how hard you flap your arms you arn't getting off the ground.

That is true, the new body can only remember the memory, but in order to be that good just like the previous one, just retrain yourself, it should be easy and feel like wearing a glove
after all life would be boring if we were know it all's

I like the prospect of starting off at Lv 1. Several years ago my aunt had a past life regression done on herself, and more or less it was determined she was talking to us from a pych ward in a straight jacket. It was very trippy lol. Anyhow in this life she was plagued with an impossible amount of physical ailments to deal with. It makes me wonder if during the last life she wished to experiment with mental illness, and learning from that chose physical this time around. She did highly believe that we choose to come here and research and gain a better understanding of things.
