It's more about the delivery of this line but...

I have so many. It depends on the mood I'm in or what book I'm reading at the time. Some lines I remember that are coming to mind right now:

"People who think dying is the worst thing don't know a thing about life."
-The Secret Life of Bees-

"Home is where you feel at home. I'm still looking."
-Breakfast at Tiffany's-

"To die would be an awfully big adventure."
-Peter Pan-

And this one I can't quite remember but it's from Cold Mountain and goes something like this:

"All your grief hasn't changed a thing. What you have lost will never be returned to you. It will always be lost. You're left with only your scars to mark the void. All you can do is choose to go on or not. But if you choose to go on, you know you must carry your scars with you."
