Don't bother with the youtube comments, whiney ass people I swear, if they havn't realized this continuity isn't the games by now then they are just morons.
However...I am getting a time travel vibe from this trailer. But as a bonus it looks like more of the monsters from the games are getting in.

Fully against it.
Against all of these horrible "Resident Evil" movies.
If you really want to experience R.E., play the games.

I can stomach it and I like to bitch about it time to time. Nuffin like a good bitch, plus I always enjoy a rent of it. Its kinda like renting a b movie horror/action and just laughing at how bad it is

I don't much care that it isn't very resident evil ish. Resident evil isn't even very resident evil ish any more. Might be an interesting film but I'll see what else comes out around that time.

Given the current path of the games I'd say the fact these movies are making money at the box office is having an effect.
Actually look across the board; the horror/survival game genre is on a down swing right now. I wish the turn style RPGs would get back up on the upswing but it seems a great deal of the current generation don't have enough patience to play anything that isn't exploding or running around constantly; guess that could be why the fighting games are coming back.

I like what they have done with the movies. Sure I would have liked them to make it closer to the games. But I like flesh rotting zombies better than "zombified people" they have had in RE4 and RE5.
