Kain
So what is the thing that made you ruin your pants or vomit with fear (or the nearest thing...)?

At first one thing comes to my mind! The EX MORTIS flash game!
I was in a perfect calm atmosphere, sitting by comp, shewing something(probably mouse) and surfing a little.
So somehow I came across this little thing! I started playing it and...
well see for your self...
...if you dareeeeeee hhhssssssssssss...
no seriously this game scared my brains through my anus!

...more to come latter!

...Post as many as you like and PLEASE post a link of it so that we all could have a taste for it!

If it is a movie post a IMDB link for it. ...and so on...
Siren
The movie Rec. Didn't exactly scare me but the tension was awsome!

...like so please!

P.S. Good marks for a horror!
FallingSpider
the only one that's ever really disturbed or scared me was Dead Alive...*shivers* but lets just say my dreams were extremely bloody for about a week or so after watching that movie. It had a double kicker some years later when the LotR movies were anounced, and I realized it was gonna be the same director...
Buddha
The first movie that ever scared me and made me have nightmares was the original friday the 13th..hell even now when I see it I can see the genuis in the setting and lighting that made it scary.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0080761/

Beyond this original movie, the plot kinda get's screwy.
Kain
I won't tell you again!

Post the link with description!

make it easier for others.

sheesh!
FallingSpider
Sorry had issues finding a link, apparently that movie had 2 titles and I was only familier with 1.

no hard one!

thank you for your cooperation. ;)
FallingSpider
While looking for dead alive I found this one, http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0097858/ I had forgotten peter jackson did meet the feebles aswell. It's not scary so much as it is incredibly disturbing, all I have to say is don't watch it sober.
Kain
A horror movie director(donno the name) has said that that is the only movie that quenched his thirst for movie gore!
FallingSpider
that doesn't surprise me, I've seen guys who are all about the blood gore and guts find that movie was too fucked up for them.
Holiday

Pacific Heights
Buddha
Silent Hill freaked me out at first and then I played Fatal Frame....hahahaha

Event Horizon was pretty freaky for me as well.

loudsilence
The move The Changeling really freaked me out as a little kid.
Athena
Silent Hill: Origins freaked me out on several occasions when I'd play it in the middle of the night. O.O
Mysterium
The only thing that realllllyyy scares me to the point of nightmare is Asian horror. Movie, video game, don;t matter. Scares the shit out of me. Fatal Frame games are fucking wicked and make you want to piss yurself.
Archangel
A few things that have positively scared me:

Games:
Aliens Vs Predator, playing as a Marine. It's bad enough that it's almost impossible to see in the game, but once you hear the telltale creeping, the sound of screeching, and your motion sensor beeping, I was nearly ready to wet my pants when the damn Aliens actually jumped me.

Undying. Cripes, it was positively scary with ghosts, undead monsters, and all sorts of horrible creatures and a storyline that was just, well, considering it was a Clive Barker authored game, that's all one needs to know....

Half-Life 2, in particular the level "We Don't Go To Ravenholm....". Headcrabs, and their zombies, all over the place, and a crazy priest with a shotgun....and the sequel Half-Life 2: Episode 1, a level right out of Night of the Living Dead, where you're walking through a dark corridor with only a flashlight and your gravitiy gun to defend yourself....

Lots more....when I can think of them....
Jiub
Ah... Ravenholm.. We did find out why we don't go there. Still working on that damned achievement of going through there with only the grav-gun. Recently, some parts in Condemned 2: Bloodshot for the 360 and ps3. There are parts where the main character starts loosing it and it gets hard to see, very dark.. and at first you can tell when random enemies come out of the walls/floors/ceiling. Not later on... No no no.. A few times I screamed like a little girl as one jumped from nowhere and attacked. Thank god I have unlimited ammo now.. just spray over and over until I can't hear anything lol. When I was younger, my parents showed me old Godzilla movies and such. Those didn't bother me. It was Tremors, the first one.. Nights I watched that I was soo glad to be on the top bunk. lol
Jynx
I am pretty good now with horror movies and games. Not too many of them screw with me. That was not the case when I was a little kid.

Picture this: I was only about 5 or so when my parents decided to go to a drive-in theater. We had a station wagon at the time and the back of it laid down to make a great place for the kids to curl up and sleep once the kids's movie was over and the adult's movie was running. I had cooperated and gone to sleep before the scary movie came on.
Unfortunately, I woke up part of the way through the original Jaws. In fact, I sat up, half-aware and mostly still asleep, as the one guy leans over the side of the ferry and the shark rises up and eats him. It scared the holy living shit out of me. I looked up at the screen just in time to look straight down the shark's gullet. I screamed, my parents screamed and so did people about three rows over...they said you could hear me all the way to the concession stand. Needless to say, the shark scared me and the experience scarred me for life. I had a hell of a time taking bath or going anywhere near any water for weeks. I still cannot go into the ocean
or into any natural body of water past my ankles without becoming a nrevous wreck. In a pool I have to be able to see and touch the bottom. I can watch any of the Jaws movies now, but the first one still freaks me out.

As far as games: Clock Tower. Don't know why, but there is something about that game that just screws with me.

is this clive barker's the undying? I've got the pc version of it, but it runs really fucked up...the audio tracks are out of sync with the video, so the one time I tried playing it the all of the audio tracks were playing at once, and by the time I got to the second video sequence it was on the audio for like the 3rd sequence....but now I'm sad I want to play it....
Fatal_love_syndrome
The first movie that ever scared me was IT.

Silent Hill games scare the shit out of me.

Most recently, some of the scenes in the movie Mirrors, frightened me.
SweetNightmares
When it first came out Resident Evil freaked me out, and Doom III was pretty intense.
DeathKitten
I saw the original Psycho when I was eight... I dont think I showered for two weeks afterwards hahaha
SweetNightmares
My mom let us watch Aliens, that scared the crap out of me when I was little. But it also messed me up so nothing phases me now... Go mom I guess lol.
LeannanSidhe
Resident Evil 1, especially when the dogs crash in through the window.

I used to have also a really old C64 game based on Friday 13th. Basic premise was you wandered around a wraparound camp environment trying to convince people to go into sanctuary, whilst Jason, disguised as an ordinary player started bumping them off. It may not sound that scary, and the graphics were very basic, but when Jason was about to kill he'd change into this black suit and the music would go all sinister - and every once in a while there were surprise graphics that made you jump. My mates and I were nervous wrecks by the time the pixelised Jason came after you after having killed everyone else. It was simple, but effective. And only cost £3 ! Ah those were the days...

You probably don't have the right hardware for it, even though it's an older game. I'd help troubleshoot it, but I'm a little too far from you atm.

I REALLY recommend it though... you won't regret it. You might not sleep well for a few nights though. laugh.gif
