because there is nothing to go on for us. I mean how often is it that we have something real to go on. And as far as christianity... are we revalations? or are we screwed ourselves.

A sanguine vampire (Like Dracula for instance) probably wouldn't have any religion because most religions don't acknowledge their existence.

If you're a psychic vampire, you do have something real in a way- your ability to manipulate energy.
For that matter, the Christians have the bible, pretty much. Book of stories if you ask me... but I'm not of the faith.

And 90% of the Christians that I've met are just a bunch of assholes anyway, so I don't hold much stock by them.

I know of vampires of most religions. I know it sounds odd, but I know quite a few Christian Vampires (both psi and sang).

it depends on your perception of vampirism. What stage you are at at being able to control it and what direction you are going in.

There are many belief systems that would allow vampirism as energy manipulation. There are some loose religions actually built around vampirism.

Dont limit your perception of vampirism and/or religion to the more widely accepted and larger religions. THere are many many more faiths out there. There may be one for you. THere may not. The important thing, in my opinion, is to not close the door between there being a connection between both totally. You may suprise yourself someday.

I was at a good stage and then i went to college and started living in a dorm. it didnt' work out that well for me. because I'm no longer awakening but i made myself weak so that i coudl try and focus on fitting in. all it got me was weaker eye sight and sun burn. As for the religious bit of it i took psychology and i'd like to beleive that there is something but what kills me is that thanks to that class i pretty much feel like religion is a function we're taught in order to function. I use to practice different forms of paganism before that i was a christian fundamentalist terror. It sucks horribly. anyway what are other problems that ya'll've inconterd or thigns ya'll've found to help you out.

I guess in the traditional sense of what a vampire is and the fact that they live forever, are immortal, perhaps because in religion it teaches and preaches of the after life, that doesn't concern them.
