I have a few, but nobody believes me when I tell them, so I stopped telling people.

the best boards are always the hand made ones, shows more intent than buying one.
But alot more focus and possibly up to five people need to be touching the glass.

Well this ones the most recent. So i started flying at night while i was sleeping. I kept having theses flying episodes where it was so real..that i would actually get scared because i am afraid of heights as it is. any way...it seemed as though i was running away from this guy who would be chasing me and giving me this power so i thought. Anyway...i would wake up and vividly remember flying and everytime i would think about it something would tell me...DONT TELL ANYONE! DONT TELL ANYONE OR THEY"LL STOP!
So i did'nt tell for awhile and id still fly at night like every other night and stuff. Then i could'nt help myself one day. I had to tell my sister.
I told her and never flew again.

I've actually had an out of body experience before. I flew out of my apartment and back to my hometown two hours away. It was winter and I could feel the cold and everything. Zipping back into my body was an interesting experience as it was like someone hit rewind and zip I was back in bed.
I don't often sleep in the dark because when I do I start hearing voices, usually sounding like hundreds of angry voices talking at once. I also experience shaking as if someone is trying to pull me out of my skin. It's rather unnerving. Sometimes I'll wake up with a start and can't move for a few moments.
It's nothing to do with the supernatural though. I was getting worried as I feared it may be early signs of schizophrenia (I'm bipolar) so I did some reading up on the phenomena. As it stands I believe I am suffering from night terrors and sleep paralysis. I'm going to talk to my doctor about it as it's rather cumbersome. The odd thing is that it only started after I had been taking a drug called valproic acid (a lithium substitute), needless to say I stopped taking the drug right after the symptoms started but I've been having them ever since.
