I would say that this is a more personal topic. Most vampiric people do not like "exposing" them selves to everyone. Very few actually. My body is human yes, my heart pumps blood and I breath. My aura, soul and spirit though are a different matter. You can be human to be vampire, or vampiric. I also think to be "vampiric" you have to have the right mental settings. Thats not saying you need to be nuts or a "freak".

The typical Vampire Wannabe can take Drugs and Alcohol....Real Vampires cannot. (trust me on this...i watched my friend do it....she had one joint and became violently ill to the point of passing out...she then choked on her own vomit...i could do nothing about it.... :( )

If you have a hatred for the sun, lust for blood, and ability to 'feel' what others are feeling....you could be another immortal....But you could also be a vampire.

I enjoyed your post, Mourning, although I'm not sure how long ago you posted it. I decided to join this message board and share some of my experiences as a sang, or in laymens, a blood-thirsty vampire! :D Anyway, here's a few topics on my mind:

- I was informed of my nature by a friend of mine, who awoke me unto myself in a strange way. What are some other experiences people have in finding their Self?

- I drink blood. I know more than a few vampires, and I have never met a "psi". (Although I question if some of them are REALLY vampires at all) Someone please explain to me what this "energy" and "psi" vampire is, because I never heard of it until I looked here.

- Could I be a "psi" vamp too?

- Much of my doners are women who feel it's exciting to be with a vampire, and sometimes tell me that when I...take from her...it is orgasmic. How do you get doner's? Do you get these responses from women?

- I am not allergic to sunlight, but it is very irritating. I feel a hundred-fold stronger at night, as well. I love garlic. Never had a stake driven through my heart...but I DO have a reflection. I cannot fly, nor can I jump great lengths. FYI.

- Intelligence, seems to be a common characteristic of vampires, as does being resourceful, and having an ability to survive in the wild. Are these your experiences as well?

It seems that, once again, I have proved myself to be a fool. A wise man once told me, "Sometimes it's better to keep your mouth shut and appear a fool, than to open it and remove all doubt." Forgive me for jumping the gun. In my perception, I was accused of being an imposter. Apparently, once again, I was wrong.

As I may or may not have already mentioned, I took it upon myself to find other vampires online and share some experiences with them. So far it has been wonderful, and I have learned so much. Vampires, and friends of vampires, have been very supportive and informative with me. I have learned so much, and look forward to your posts on this board.

There is something else I forgot to mention. Are there any doctors who classify vampirism as a disease, mental or otherwise? It seems that if alcoholism (Which I also suffer from) can be referred to as a disease, then vampirism should be as well. What do you think?

Hey, I was human, til I came here, i never thought anyone would take my post seriously bout becomin a vamp, but last night i was layin in bed listenin to music, then i all of a sudden get dizzy, and wake up bout 3 to 4 hours later with a pounding headache and a new set of fangs, is my imagination jus gettin the best of meh, or hav i become a creature of the night? if i do I hope im a psi, even tho blood tastes perty good ;)
