I have to admit that I am confused, as naive as this makes me feel. What differentiates sanguinarians, psy vampyres and 'real' vampyres. I have yet to meet a real vampyre and this makes me doubt their existence. Don't get offended but personally I don't think 'real' vampyres exist. If they did, wouldn't people get wind of it by now? Is being born a vampyre being born as a sanguinarian?
