There are several variations of what people believe the Chupacabra to look like. The current theory is that it is a bipedal creature around four to five feet tall described as a sort of a cross between a 'Grey' alien humanoid, mainly because the shape of its head and eyes, and what most witnesses describe as the body of a bipedal, erect dinosaur. It has two small arms with a three-fingered clawed hand, two strong hind almost reptilian legs, again with three claws and spinal quills down its back, which it uses to fly. This appears to enable it to run quickly and leap over trees. Its head is oval in shape and has an elongated jaw. Two red or black beady eyes have been reported, together with small holes in the nostril area, a small slit-like mouth with fang-type teeth protruding upwards and downwards from the jaw. It appears to have strong course hair all over its body; and whilst most observers claim the hair is black, it has the remarkable ability to change colours at will, almost like a chamaleon. In the dark, it will change to black or a deep brown colour; in a sunlit area surrounded by vegetation, it changes to green, green-grey, light brown or beige. Some believes it to be a half-man, half-beast vampire, while still others say it is similar to a panther with red eyes and the tongue of a snake. Another version is that it hops like a kangaroo and smells like sulfur.

most theories i have heard about the chupacabra involve aliens leaving them here to destroy the human race. and its doesn't just feed on goats and cattle, its also had atleast four human victims. its not just in mexico anymore either. apparently they've been spotted as far up as the texas panhandle, which is pretty far considering that they were once solely in central america and southern mexico.

How this creature lived, reproduced, etc. Is a mistery, people saw it runing from places with death cattle, hiding under cars but never found if there were many, just one or even some place where it lived.

Most likely a demon, or some sort of hybrid Lycan hereditary spirit.

On topic.
I was just watching those drawings (first and last) none of those fits the original description and first drawings (used in shirts and caps) but then, they give the Chupacabras some extra "evil".

I dont think it is a demon or lycan spirit thingy, I think it is an alien. Though I am not sure if I believe in the chupecabra or aliens, but if I had to pick something it would be alien just because it's most frequent sitings were near this giant sattelite dish which was for outerspace uses and such. I cant exactly recall where the dish was or what it was used for, but I saw a special on the history channel about the chupecabra. Oh and if it has been spotted as far north as Texas I am moving to Canada, if it is reall that is lol. Though I dont think it could live in North Dakoa anyways, it gets fucking freezing here in the winters.

I wrote that because, being this answered, posted pictures and else, Drinker still posted as if it was the first post, that is why I wrote "Read the topic please?".

sightings of a simular creature have been reported all over the world, even in Siberia. however most of these are written off as people hearing about this creature and hysterically thinking they have seen it by mistakeing something else as it. I could just see it now, during the major time of hype for this creature a man could be walking through the woods see Bigfoot and run out screaming Chupicabra leaving behind a very confussed Sasquatch.

- Luis I keep my mind open, and I'm living in Puerto Rico at the moment to see what all the fuss is about. Not too long ago I spent the night in a forest with a hen for bait. In a nutshell: I saw a strange thing snatch the hen, but I still haven't found the creature or the hen.
In my opinion though, I leaning towards the thought that the Chupacabra is a type of vampire race (with the consuming animal blood thing.) either that or a form of demon, but I don't think that its an alien or UFO... and neither do some of the church officials in this area.

The Chruch as well as others have pointed out that no such creature appears in local folklore, and only showed up AFTER a US military base was damaged by a hurricane up on Puerto Rico. The Church's view I believe was "no comment, but they don't believe its a demon"
Basically some think that its a military bio-weapon "way ahead of its time if true" a supernatural creature the US captured from another dimension but it escaped "crazy conspiracy theory that's not paid much attention too" escaped alien "what they might look like with out the silver suits"
the truth is no one knows where it came from, what it is, or even how many there are. all that is known is that it showed up after a hurricane, maybe floated over on a log from south america, came out of a warp, or escaped from the US base which was damaged.
who knows.

Well...it was a bit lizard-like as some say, but it's eyes were never glowing red they just had a red glare in light. That's all I've got for now, but I'm blogging the research and experiments on a topic I've posted here in the forum.

Realy interesting,I have heard some stuff like this too ...
The name translates to 'goat sucker' in Spanish, originated from the creature's earliest attacks, where goats and other livestock are found with puncture wounds on their necks and most of their blood drained.

Its physiology clearly shows that it isn't a dinosaur.
And if it was, it would have evolved, as we did.
And certainly, there would be some out there.
It's going to be 10 years since it was last seen, my guess, it never existed.

Well, the chupacabre is a legend, right? And legends normally have at least one grain of truth in them. Maybe there was a type of animal that had the same characteristics as the chupacabre, but it died off. I'll believe it when I see.

Nope the Chupucabra is not a legend. No indication of it prior to the incident in Puerto Rico exist in any native legends or myths.
