Surely.... I would like to discuss something ive been sitting on for a while... how many of us feed for pleasure, and how many feed simply because it is nescessary.. i myself have mixed views on the matter... i think, for me, it depends on what mood i am in... what about you... im curius to see how many will openly admit that they feed for the thrill.

i feed when necessary except when me and my brother get bored then we do hunt but we never kill. well except when they fight back

I will never kill a mortal.I will suck blood but I will never kill a human,there life isn't worth mine.I hope someone posts something,getting alittle bored now LOL.

I see, I Myself value human life, for it is so fragile, so beautiful... I do not enjoy killing them, but if it caame down to a choice between them or myself, i would not hesitate to drop a daywalker... after all, we are the wolves and them the sheep, they are peons compared to our vast greatness

Feeding and pleasure are so intermingled with me that I barely understood the question. Had to reread. The things I've done to feed and the things I've done during feeds are, um, extrordinary

Just an interested lurker... for those of you who refuse to kill, did your fascination with daywalkers begin when you became a Vampire?

You talk about never killing a mortal, or only killing one if it came down to it. That's what donors are for if you are really into all of that. The way I figure if there are real vampires out there than they truly need blood as a necessity. People who have convinced themselves they are vampires or people who pretend to be do it mostly out of pleasure yet they have convinced themselves that they need blood. Anyone who is out killing mortals and getting away with it would have to be a classical vampire. I highly doubt an HLV could get away with something like that for very long.

Here is one of my passions. The vampiric soul. I consider the vampiric soul to be the core essence of the vampire. It is what drives us.

I am extremely close to and in contact with mine. This is where my "all" comes from: arrogance, dominance, vanity, pride, power, passion, protection, rage (and I do have a modicum of kindness). Mine is a classical soul. I truly know not if HLV's possess this.

My query is for your opinion/impression of your vampiric soul or, if not a vampire, the vampiric soul of others.

this is a very interesting topic you have chosen. i myself do not konw if i am even in contact with my soul very well. i might be. but i just don't konw. according to you it drives us and makes us who we are. if that is so then i have very close contact with mine. i do waht i feel, say what i want and i don't have one regret.

by the way what would you consider a classic vamp or soul even.

Well, I feed for pleasure, but also because I need to.

I am not a vampire, and so I am sorry if my reply here is innapropriate. As far as feeding, I do not know, but I am sexually excited by both biting my lovers or being bitten by them. Also I enjoy some light blood play. Something about a light flow of blood excites me a great deal.

I have loved vampires for many years and am always intersted to learn more about them. I would love to chat with a real one, preferably one who is very old. I love the way in which they speak and would love to hear of the things they had to say about the world changing and their experiences.

I'm probably feeding now...I don't really think about it...
