I don't remember exactly who did it but there was a vampire (it may be Lestat) who drunk the blood of a menstruating woman (drunk the menstruation).

The fact of female vampires having periods may depend on your view on vampires, 1.dead corpses brought back to life, 2.human-evolved society or just 3.vampiric lifestylers, and I think it would be 1.no 2.yes 3.yes.

Most female vampires dont have periods. if you are changed when you are having it then you will still have it as a vampire. and as for drinking it thats just gross i wouldnt want to try it.

When I'm on my period I am a bit hornier, this is a given; hormone fluctuations and all but I would never have a "vampire" feed on that. To the question that if female vampires experience their "monthly" (why does anyone want to know about this), common folklore (not the word folklore) has that vampires are unable to reproduce except throught blood transfer, indicating that female vampires would have no need for the monthly pain human women go through.

I read of some creepy wiccan coven doing that in a ritual, where this women would have a person lie on the floor and she'd let the blood drip out of into their mouth. I know it's not vampire related but it was written in a book this women wrote.
