Okay, i got ask a question by a friend recently and they asked if vamps have jobs like humans..... I thought this was an interesting question and to be honest i wasn't sure what answer to give.

Can anyone tell me what they think or do???

Of course,us vamps can have jobs.We don't go through life like some poor person. So yes we do,and also we can be anyone we want,we look just like normal mortals so there's no way the boss would find out what you really are, unless you bite the boss, lol. There's your answer hun.

*laughs* Thanx, my nameless friend and i thank you for your reply. They are very ..... hmmmm ..... interesting!!

My friend also asks, whether vamps would be interested in becoming a sub-mariner, as they would never have to worry about the sun? NO.... i'm not asking this, my friend is.... i'm not a crazy person!! :icon6:
Eye Candy
uh,your friend...is well, crazy, not all of us vamps get up and burn in the sun,I don't.So it just depends on the vamp. Also, tell your friend he does have better things to do than be asking these questions?Right?lol.

haha.. i think they would need to live wealth-driven lives like most of us... working to own a vehicle and a home.. to support a fams if they had such obligations...

Ah well.... the friend who originally asked the question is not the friend who suggested the submariner occupation so its a matter of examining ones inner self to discover who is the craziest biggrin.gif

Well...it all depends on the vampire, doesn't it? While HLV's or lifestylers could have average, normal jobs, and most do, it's worse for a mythological/supernatural vampire. Accordin to lore, they do catch fire in the sun, wich would make dayjobs very inconvenient. But they'd still require clothes, a place to live, transportation money, etc. So how would a supernatural, immortal vampire solve this? How do you explain your lack of aging, for instance?

Well, that certainly gives my occupation suggestion credibility and may also raise some questions as to how some may live? and get by if these type of questions are not considered.... blood for thought :)

If I were a vampire, I would open a nightclub in Vegas!

Right on!! :banana00:

Sounds alright, a nightclub would work well. I've become so nocturnal recently that my eyes have started to hurt in the bright day light on an overcast day. One person very close to me recently commented on this by saying 'it's not easy being a vampire and having to work normal hours'.

I wholeheartedly agreed from beneath my sunglasses. :yikes000:

vampyres just do their work at night.

i think that, being immortal, they could set some kind of LONG-term investment up, go to sleep for 100 years, wake up and live off the dividends!

Hold one - aren't there differnt vamps and therefore not all would work during the nite???

It all depends on how sensative the Vampire is to sunlight. If they dont mind it that much, they could have fairly normal jobs, but if it really effects them, theyd have darker jobs. But there is some jobs you just cant see a vampire doing. (Safari Guide, Muscle Beach Body Builder)
