With the statement being BORN as vampires do you refer to it as they were born from vampire parent/s or they have a natural born instinct to a chosen path of becoming a vampire? Inessence born? OR become a vampire by a gift? Please explain...

I think you are given the gift later in life and not born as a vampire in most cases.

I think it is refered to the first one, a vampire is borned vampire, vampire parents, pure breed, not a transbreeded vampire, the problem with this ind of stuff is: there are too many theories.

It'd be better if one gives his (or her) opinion.

the factsare u cant be born a vampire vampires are the souls of the undead feasting on the mortals of the world vampires i believe canot breed because the vital organs to make children are non existant in their bodies.but who knows vampires arent real u only see and here of them in books or movies.

I believe you a born a vamp and then are chosen to become a vamp some people do not realize they are vamps and just live their lived so called "normally".I hope I helped.

yeah guys thanks for helping, darkseed i didnt think you believed in all this vampire stuff? What is it that makes someone want to become a vampire? as in apart from the sexual and power and dark side. wat else? Can we control the urge?

Born means marked to be bitten or to change when your old enough.
When born from a vampire couple.

I wish I had the patience to do a search and pull up some old threads for you guys. As someone metioned earlier it does depend on the person; "vampric" culture, traditions and lifestyle are all up to the individual that is a part of the vampire community.

In my opinion I think that modern day vampires are born with certain vampire traits, traits which develop or get dominant later in life. It doesn't mean that one recognizes what they are at birth, or that anyone else does. Some one my have vampire traits (and is called a "Potential" in the vampiric community) and never realize them and for others it may either be triggered or unwittingly recognized.

Not to say however that you can't develop vampire like behavioral patterns while growing up but I still believe that it is something that is more inbred so to speak. You can make a decision to be more vampire like but that doesn't mean that you will gain anything from it.
