I dreamed with a cat...(again)
The cat was running away...
and passed in front of me...

Last night I had a crazy dream. I was in the middle of a city when out of nowhere an dragon appears. It was all blck with green eyes. Any one have an idea what this means?

a meaning depends on how you view dragons, the color black on them, and green eyes.

I dreamed with snakes...a lot of snakes...
I was in a room. This room used to have desks, in various positions...
In moments the atmosphere changed and I was on the room yet, but instead of desks there snakes, exactly on the same place desks were before...
And then all disappeared.

DO you work in an office? or are in an educational setting? This one might be interpritable.

i dreamt of a big three headed hound that looked like it was from hell or something and it did whatever i told it to do and when it died it split into two versions of itself and so on

The three headed dog could be Cerberus, the guardian of the gates of the underworld

what tis it when u see the ones of ur family being eaten before u? by a lion, i also wish to know of another dream: it starts out that i am sitting at my dinner table and there is a girl there sitting with my family, she is wearing medals from a race and she is showing me her pictures of her and her husband while they were in the race. though then she starts to cry and i ask her why, it turns out that her husband died in that race and his body was never found. as the night goes on she is still down and depressed bout her lost love. when a little boy yells by the window, "yeah cheer up he is coming right now across the lawn" when every one got over to the window no one saw what the little boy did. then about half an hour later the little boy said that the man was on the porch and wanting in. he was moving the handle and trying to open the locked door, my i heared this and went over though i did nto see the man there. i unlocked the door and opened it, though instead of there being a person there i found a hand on the dorr, it was just a torn hand. i picked it up and put it on the table, it then turned into maggots. we went and smashed them where they were, though when we were done we looked up and in the window was the man, we could all see him now, and he was looking at his wife, next thing that we knew he was standing next to her, saying that he wants ehr to be there with him forever. and then the maggots from the rest of his body jumbed at me and i woke up.

Such a dream could be related to personal experiences or fictionally inspired source that your mind combined to form this dream. Great symbolism though with the maggots and the ghostly man.

I had a dream with a thing that was called Robodra "even in the dream I thought this was a stupid name".

the thing was a giant overly colored snake so big it swallowed people whole. By the end of the dream there is mad man who actually built the thing bragging about his monster that ate half the people in the dream. The dream was like watching a movie about people trudging through a swamp being eaten by a giant snake. I think the dream was inspired by a movie I saw yesterday on the Sci-fi channel.

I was also bitten by cat and could feel it even when I woke up like it was real.

last night i had a dream where i was riding a bike and for some reason i was going to a monster race, which on the way there i stopped to talk with one of the racers when i rig came and smashed their stuff to peices, i help him take the parts to a garage where i meet a girl the proceeded to go have sex with her, though once i was done fucking her she turned into a werewolf type creature that was like a wet almost hairless thing, though it face and claws were that of a werewolf. i escaped through one of the tunnels though when the police got there with me, there turned out to be many tunnels of which all had the names of the people i cared about above them. so thus the werewolf could be in any one them. then i woke up

when i was about six i dreamt i was being attacked by a lion and when i woke up and looked in the mirror i had a massive claw scratch like a lions down my back but the weirdest thing is i cant actually reach that far down my back with my hands so where did the scratch come from, i never actually thought about asking about this until today when i remembered about this dream

When I was a kid I use to dream of these bee-like things chasing after me. But then as I started geting older i use to dream of this jaguar type creature. Its eyes were black but its pupils were red. And it would roar really loadly and had a bushy fox type tail and it was lirterly HUGE. It would protect me from these insects. Now I've been dreaming of wolves more than anything. And a this demon like thing. But i guess i have more physcic dreams than anything.

Its weird.....

I just woke up now...
I dreamed with a small grey mouse tht was bitting my left hand...it wasn´t aching much but I tried and tried to take him out of my hand...and nothing happened.
I bited him also.
The mouse didn´t care...
After some moment, this mouse started to disappear itself...

i saw that three headed dog again it looks almost like the one out of harry potter Fluffy is it called

cross a cartoon weasel with a long face "like those in who framed roged rabbit" with the god Anubis and you get this weird thing from last night that was teaching fake math to some androids.

I dreamed about a dog tonight, I don't remember the name of the breed, but it looks a bit like a husky/malamute mixed with a male lion. Big and hairy. This one was beautiful, huge, white and bluegray fur, I loved it at first sight. It was strolling about outside, zigzagging across the street sniffing and wagging its tail like happy dogs do. I mentioned I really wanted a dog like that someday.

Suddenly two gruffy-looking men crossed thew street too, at a run, they looked dirty and worn, like junkies, and were running to catch the bus. (there's a bus stop outside). As they reached the dog, it turned and bit the leg straight off of one of the men, then sniffed him, and wandered off down the street, seemingly unaffected.

Cross the pokemon called Lugia with the giant lizard things on the show Surface and you get the monster that was attacking this boat I was in the dream last night, I also had this device that tracked life signs and was using it to track the creature. Physically in my hand it looked like a cross between a remote control, the life signs detecter on Aliens and a fish finder.

One dream had Bart Simpson and Millhouse from the simpsons in a sewer fighting off a demon before "not sure if I mentioned that already though"

Yeah, I dreamed that passed through a doorway and there was a lion on the other side.
I had a kind of test there (I don´t remember what test) and then passed to another place also...

Lions have traditionally been seen as a kind of test of curage or strength.

Like Sampson or Hercules slaying lions, or members of a tribe in Africa "Mambo or something like that I believe"

I have had dreams where I had a tail, wings, or a taur type body and walked around the next day or so feeling like it was still there or something was missing.

Rhuen, why aren't you making millions of dollars off these dreams, a la Stephen King books or George Lucas films? I thought *I* had an active imagination....
Anyway, these are the creatures I met all in one dream:
First, a child-snatching guy that resembled Willy Wonka but more demonic.
The rest of the dream occurs in this 3-story house with a basement--possibly the house of the Willy Wonka bogey. In the den, I saw many of my relatives as hybrid monsters. The only one I can remember is my older (female) cousin covered in feathers. Her face was visible, her body was humanoid and bipedal, and her entire form was covered in grayish-white feathers...like Cousin It on "Adams Family" but with the feathers of an adult snowy owl. Also, her arms and legs were completely covered in feathers but still in human form, not wings or tails.
The next creature I saw was a snake (about 2 feet long) at the top of the second floor stairs. It latched onto my arm, but rather than having its jaw at my armpit, the snake was "eating" me backwards. Its tail was covering my upper arm and its jaws were at my fingertips. How copuld a snake eat me tail first?? I went into the kitchen and another humanoid monster (not a familiar person) helped me remove the snake.
When I passed the stairs a second time, there was a chihuahua, rather than a snake, at the top. When I was directly beneath the stairs, the chihuahua transformed into a rabid mangy dog-wolf. As I walked *away* from the stairs, it turned back into a harmless chihuahua.

Actually I am utilizing my dreams for my series of novels and short stories.

I have even started making a map of the places I go to in my dreams.

a tiny black and gold toy duck that threw gold cat bells at you was in my dream, if you tried to hit it with a stick the stick became see through and wouldn't hit anything.

alos a Pink elephant that flooded a building with water shooting out its trunk was in the same dream.

I don't frequently see animals in my dreams.. But the other night, I dreamt there was a tarantula in my hair. Not just crawling in it--- but in my hair (alive and everything) as though it were a hair accessory. My hair also seemed much more fancily done than usual. But that's all I remember. I have no idea what it could mean.

I have dreamed of all kinds of creatures some that come to mind are orange Starfish that fall from the sky that stick to you and consume you if enough get on you and furry blobs that pin you to your bed and purr and growl loudly as they lap the sweat off your body. Not sure what they mean as I have never analyzed my dreams. The last one occurred years ago before I had a cat.

Two snakes on mu back...one female and one male...
The female bits me on the third eye when I least expect it...I don´t feel pain. I just perceived that I have two points on my forehead...

I think that´s an advice to wake up my perception and my intuition...

Apparently my mind decided last night to work out a stupid thing I saw on tv recently.

I actually watched an episode of YuGiOh and a few days later I had a dream "last night" with YuGiOh monsters in it. This spikey headed guy was talking about stopping me from takeing over the world and pulled out a deck of cards and challenged me to a duel with them, I didn't have any of course so he magically gave me a deck. He started to play and some of those monsters appeared like on that show. I was fumbling through the deck as I have no idea how to play it. So I stopped in the dream and actually said, "this is just stupid playing cards to decide the fate of the world" so I pulled out a gun and shot the spikey headed guy.

Today, I saw a dead small bird on my hand...
He was too young, and still was warm when I took it on my hands...


Also I dreamed about a dangerous spider (on my bedroom´s ceiling) in two colors: half light blue, half orange...

With the bird flu and all, this is a bad time to go pet dead birds... ;)

I dreamed with a being half animal, half human.
The animal part was almos like a bear...but not exactly a bear, just similar...
The other part was almost human, because it walked on two legs, but it was covered with a different dark skin...

I heard this creature arond me ( I was inside a house)... and saw it hidden...
I walked to look at this creature in the dark...
but I turned back when I heard the scream of an animal (was he hunting?)...
I oppened up the door and went of this house...

i dreamt the other night that i could morph into any animal or creature that is mythical i wanted

I dreamed of shadows and shadow people, going after the ones I love most. Every where I went they were there trying to claw at and grab them.

I tried to protect my 2 huskies and my boyfriend, but it didn't work. My boyfriend ended up suddenly changing into one.


Then he turned on me and the dogs.


All I remember from there is alot of fighting, then a blinding light and a searing pain, and I woke up.


I think this is based on my past. An old flame and the damage he tried to cause, and still tries to cause every now and then.

It's my past trying to catch up with me, figuratively speaking.

The other night I woke up suddenly from a dream because I swore I heard growling coming from the closet. But I am certain it was a dream sound.


Last night I dreamed about the fish from that game Insaniquarium "which I was playing before going to sleep"

This morning, in dreams, I was among nature and in the sky I could see some rays and dark clouds... a storm was about to come, but I saw a black bird flying in front of me while I was looking for a safe place.
I followed this bird and it guided me to a brown covered place, that I don´t remember well what was exactly, because things around started to disappear on this moment...

That sounds like you saw the Wendigo in your dream. It's this Native American spirit that's sort of human, sort of bear-like...as you said...and it hides in the dark moaning/screaming like a familiar animal/person. He/it hunts by tricking you into thinking someone's in trouble and gets you to run into the darkness, right where he's hiding...That, or scare you into paranoia and depression. It's extremely lucky to escape the Wendigo...

Had a black Gargoyle that climbed out of a painting in an art museum in my dream last night.

night before last had a whole load of strange animials. The whole story of the dream was an experiment in ascension "becoming pure energy beyond good and evil" they had a bunch of people with super powers and "ascended them" with a machine. They were given god like powers but in exchange apparently they took on the form of animals "made of various kinds of energy"

to name a few I can remember clearly or looked like recognizable animals at least.

i remember a dream where i was chased by this shadowy dog looking thing...i woke up..sweating...


never dreamed it again..but i do recall it clearly.

of late i have not dreamed though more relived my days from the beginning all the way through and then wake up with out truely getting any sleep and being tired. i do not remmeber my last good night dream, i remember all my bad though even of late i have not had any of those.

I've had a bit of a recurring dream creature, looks sort of like a pillow with a mouth, I called it Fred I think.

I dream about Fish and Dolphins and Sharks a lot, usually they look sort of sureal, like a neon Blue Dolphin that I see a lot.

That's veryinteresting. I had a dream a while ago that had a man turn into abright blue fox. In the dream he was a threat of some kind.

I've dreamed about crows a great deal.

There's a really great book I found called Animal Magick by D.J. Conway. It's pretty down-to-earth, unlike the title might suggest. The author writes about the uses of animals as familiars or dream symbols throughout different cultures. She also teaches you how to call on dream animals and get advice from them. As I recall, she has plenty of info on crows, ravens, dogs, sharks, seals, dolphins, and whales. And not just stuff from the native Americans.

I was walking around in a strange almost living crypt of a place the black roots on the wall came to life and formed clawed hands, and at one point these giant living shadows in the form of Prehistoric Rhinos were running up and down the wall.

A "racial memory" dream of the early Cenozoic Era? Personally, I think all those psychologists who try to explain Bigfoot, dragons, aliens, and El Chupacabra as "racial memories" are full of b.s. I mean, if I can barely remember what I ate yesterday, what makes you think I'll remember the stories passed down orally from Ug the Caveman to Oogar the Caveman?
Or a past-life dream/memory. Of course, I don't know your stance on human-to-human reincarnation.
