as far as my research lead me i have reason to belive that vampirism has some connections to methabolism changes sun allergies (this is just a presumption)
i belive that methabolism is extremely important in understanding vampirism...i want to make some studies but i am short oin money so i will have to earn a couple of cash if i want to continue with my research

It could be possible that in archaic times those who needed blood lust were diabetic, I'm not sure I believe it though.

This theory would not explain why modern diabetics are not drinking blood. I think it's safe to discard this theory.

You mean, as opposed to just eating something. I can see the logic, I mean, when I am hungry and my sugar is low the first thing I think of doing is commiting a felony and attacking someone to draw blood.

Yeah, well, I can see how that might work, but I am a diabettic, and if the people got really pale when their blood sugar dropped, and started shaking, that could fuel the theory, too. I mean, too much sun and heat brings blood sugar down, so it would *seem* that the sun was bad for them. Hehe, I am so cool to the medieval people....

Sweet Blood was an awesome book,choosing the theory that diabetics are vampires.Unfortunatly,this isn't true,it's logical,but not true.Some diabetics can be vampires like all the rest but the diabetic theory is fictional,only occuring in books and movies.It's how life is.PM me if any of you need advice or more info.
