As best as I know, I am not a psy vamp. It is very well possible that I could be though, as some people feel uneasy about me. But, that is not the topic, now is it? I am a man of knowledge, consumed in the quest for wisdom. And so, hearing about psy-vamps, I ask you for one thing. Your thoughts. What do you think it really is? What enables you to drain people? Mindset? Emotion? Desire? Do your powers come naturally, or can they be gained through knowledge and practical practice? Anything you wish to share on this subject, I would be glad to listen. Also, when I have understood more, I will be opening a thread on stories of encounters or huntings of psy-vamps.

I thank you.

Like I said before, we are all psi. Some weaker and some stronger. But a psi vampire is more than a psi - it's the person that can feed on people. He will feed on three reasons: his energy is low and needs to recharge, he wants to practice his feeding technique or he just has a problem with the victim.

Some gain these powers naturally, by birth and grow to be very strong or very weak, depending on realizing what they are. Feeding is done by will in the case of the ones awakening, as for those that are natural, the process is a normal one, their body draining without the vampire knowing or wishing to, when he needs it. I do it (when I do it) because I command my body to attack. It's something that I wish and yes, you can call it mindset, desire or even emotion. It's all of them.

I spoke before about the powers. For the ones that awaken, the powers need to be taught by another person. It's quite rare the case when the vampire explains to himself what he can do and how to do it. Practice is very important. The ones that want to become more powerful and knowing, will practice as much as they can to 'upgrade' their body and psychic. Also with age, they will inherit and discover new things. Evolution has no end - it will always bring more and more surprises.
