Chitega walked out of the shop carring a bag of food and headed down the street. She had hot-pink eyes and dark brown hair that reached her shoulders and one side of her face was covered by a bang of hair. She looked around nervously for she wasnt use to being on the streets at night and being so weak she could be a easy target for getting raped.

She sighed and closed her eyes to relax but contined to walk ahead.

"Only a few blocks more and i'll be home..." she said to herself for comfort and opened her eyes to notice a girl walk by, but what she noticed more was the dagger and the blood spilled.

Chitega stopped and turned to watch her walk, "You know, cutting yourself is bad."

Laurana looks into the distance. It did look a tad cold to be out here, and here was this girl just walking out on her own. She watched her closely, and it appeared that the other girl was an immortal as well.

A boy walked along, about 17 he was. He had his hands in his pockets. He sighed as the air made clouds of condensation infront of him, and he watched the rise. Growling slightly he took out his hands and pulled up his hood on his red jumper and continued to walk on. His jeans scraped the floor as he walked, hiding his black shoes. He was on his way home.

~~Shrouded in the heavy mist, a mysterious girl, Kaoran, appearing to be 15, but truely a 500 years of age, watched this mortal boy as he walked past her hiding place. She came into clear veiw shortly after. Her black cascades longer than longest of modern long hair, for it curled to her heels, slightly dragging, even when tied back. Her all black attire darker than night. Her eyes a light violet. Her paper white skin gave a faint glow in the moonlight sidewalk. She knew this mortal. Even if he had not yet realized what she truly was. He thought of her as a 'friend'. A mortal, like himself. She sighed heavily, blowing mist into the cold night air. Her sister, the girl appearing to be 17 now walking the streets with a dagger, would kill her if she ever found out, for she had stated clearly that Kaoran shouldn't be around mortals. But she knew something was after him...that was the only reason she'd follow him around every night. Why else.......right? It wasn't as if she cared......

She watched the mortal and the female vampire. It amused her a bit, as she'd never seen a vampire be possesive to mortals, unless, of course, they planned to feed on them.

Yet she could easily see that this vampire didn't feel like feeding on this human as the care was easily visible in her eyes. She smiled softly. For some reason, this warmed her heart a bit. She had stopped believing that vampires could love anyone...including another vampire. Yet this vampire clearly had some sort of affection for this male human. Lovers maybe? She thought, then erased the idea as she could see that she wasn't after him lustfully..just caringly.

She smiled....and continued to smile. Something she hadn't done in so long, it almost hurt her lips...

she pulled it accross her wrists and stabed into herself she winced at the pain. she loved the feel of dieing or killing.she looked up and pulled the dagger out of her wrists it was coverd in blood. she started to laugh. she throw the dagger to the ground and started towards the roof tops she jumped up and landed on the roof she looked out she was hungery but it was to late out for a mortill to be out so she looked to the river not far from here she loved the river when she used to be mortil she would sit by the river and fish with her sister and brothers a tear ran of blood ran down her face. a cat walked towards her the cat she picked it up and petted it it purred in her hands she loved cats even better than blood her first cat was given to her over 100 years ago it was a little white one :icon9:

Chitega glared at her, "I was only conserned about you, sorry for caring." And continued to walk to on whispering to herself the word "bitch."

~~Kaoran's POV* Kaoran watched the mortal boy out of the corner of her eye. Something caught her attention. A fluttering noise just above the mortal's house. She rushed out behind him and pushed him flat aginst the ground. "Hush! Don't move." she muttered hoarsely, as he began to protest. She looked closely at the figure that was crouching at on the roof. She held her breath as it peered down onto the streets. Her never smiling(Sp?) lips slightly, letting out a rush of breath, as the figure turned away. She let go of the firm grasp she had on the mortal's red jumper to keep him down and got up. Doing so, she felt something snap. Deep in thought she didn't bother to look. The mortal boy shot her a look of suspision. She shook her head watched him start into his house. When his back turned, Kaoran jumped onto the roof to investigate. She heard the door open again. She turned and peered down at the door. The mortal stood there with something in his hand. He looked down and went back in. *Mortal's POV* He picked up a strange looking chain locket as he started into his house. It had the name 'Kaoran' carved onto the front. He quickly turned to return it to his wierd friend to find her gone. She was there a mere minute ago... *Back to Kaoran*Coming to her senses, Kaoran looked for her Vampire's Crest, she usually wore around her neck, to find it...gone....

hello sister she said the tear fell down her cheek leving a red stain on her white face. what are you doing following me she asked. her arm started to heal itself.
she turned around and looked at her sister her purple eyes made her look like a porcilen doll she looked at her sister. she longed to be mortil once more. she looked to the moon, and said why do you curse me with such a sad and fucking misrebable life she said to the moon. kill me now or let me be a mortil so that i may grow old and die she said in her head she looked back at her sister i am going meet home later she said she jumped off the roof and headed towards the river.

she turned around and stared at the mortil her hunget grow in her fast she longed to feed but hated the thought of it she ran past the girl and stood in front of her i am sorry she said i just been going through a rough patch she said picking her word carefully

~~ "She did it again." Kaoran sighed. She watch as she watched her sister walk off. "As for the mortal? I think he is safe." Kaoran jumped off and followed her sister home.

she looked out over the river she placed her hands into it she wished for the waters to be blue byt they were black she saw her sister do you remember she asked her sister

do you remember when we would fish and swim and play in the blue water of the stream she stood up and walked to a tree and leand agianst it.

~~Kaoran smiled. "Of course." But then she frowned. "Btu those days are over for us Sister. It's no use looking back now. It will only brign pain.' she said darkly. "Please be not like this Sister. It pains me to watch." Kaoran looked at her sister.

have you ever relly need to get so far from life and then touch it only for a few hours then have it dissapper from your body as if it was nothing then more then a buzz she said to her sister she looked up to the moon i have been around far to long i need somthing i feel as if i have a hole in my dammed soul as if when i aged i lost somthing i held dear to me so dear i did not realize it was gone intill i did not have it any more she finished up. "you may finish with the mortil you started with i am going home " she walked away into the dark she had droped her neckless on the ground it was that of a scarb she had gotten from her long lost boyfreind he had died in her arms by a slayer.

she looked at her sister from the shadows she wanted to see her and be with her but she was afrid her other side was gone she jumped at her from out of nowhere sister please help me she started to cry tears fell from her eyes she wanted to be loved but she had nno love to give

Kaoran turned to look at her sister. "We all must suffer. That is the fate of living forever...." Kaoran muttered. "Look away from the past. He is dead now Sister. But are not the only one suffering a loss. I too lost Haru years ago...." Kaoran said. She embraced her sister.

*crys in her sisters arms*i know but i have lost all hope for life now i am hungery but i wish not to kill but i must or i will die she said.
hugs her sister back i love u too much to yell at you anymore. she added

~~"If you'll have it...take my blood. I will live." Kaoran sighed heavily. Her sister could be so emotional at times. "You'll get no where if you do not. Here is a tip, drink a little from each mortal. It will preserve the their lives." Kaoran added. "It is what I do."

she looked at her sister "fine but hold still " she carfully bitt down on her sisters neck drinking the sweet liqued she stopedand licked her fangs carfully makeing sure her sister healed befor she left it was almost sunrise she looked to the sky it was a pinky color she grabbed her sisters arm and pulled her into the mortills garage that was left open she shut the door and locked it well be safe in here she thought to herself. man i hate the sun she thought it all ways wants to kill me. are you ok she asked her sister.

~~"I am fine. Let us go before we get burned to a crisp by the sun." Kaoran said. She felt herself gettign sleepier as the pinkish light slowly began to turn orange in the horizon. "I don't wanna die yet. Not this early in my undead years." she said. "Come sister." she said.

she looked for a dark place in the room incase someone came in she saw a door that lead to an empty room she throw the door open and went in bring her sister with her. stay here she said. i will be right back. she ran outside and grabbed 3 mortills walking by. and brought them into the room and told her sister to take her fill and make sure that they dont live she shut the door her face was white still the blood from her sister was enogh to last her the night. but she would need more later she sat down and grabbed a mortill she liked him it reminded her of a doll it was a little boy he had fallen asleep from her eyes. she patted his head and rolled his neack so she may drink from him

~~Kaoran all the more brutal of the two, grabbed a rather young mortal and sank her fangs down into his neck. He gave a slight shudder but nothing else. She drained him and dropped him on the ground. "It's the first time I've ever killed one." she muttered. "A pity, he was quite the good looking one, but alas all mortals will die." she smirked.

she sank her teeth into the mortill and drank the blood ran down her throut. she drank till she could her his heart beat stop she looked up he layed lifeless on in her lap she stroked his hair and the pushed him off of her she watched her sister and giggled she felt much better then she did 5 min. ago.

~~Kaoran nudged aside a mortal body and sat in the ground. "I....feel so....tired.." she murmured. Then she fell back on the ground, and fell asleep.

she had slept to but awoke hours later it was sunset she could tell by the moister in the air she stood up and walked outside the sun was on the horizen so it did not hurt her she walked on and went into town she found a roof top and grabbed her razor she jumped up and found a man he was tall and had black sipiked hair but he wasent a mortill she could feel it she creot up on him slowly and sat on the leadge he looked down at her and grinned.

~~Kaoran heard the door open then close. Her sister must have left. She shoved aside the mortal body and got up. Kaoran kicked open the door and stepped out into the moonlight. She breathed in the air and looked to see her sister and a man.

hello sister look who i found its a werewolf she said to her sister she laughed did you think you could hide from me she said to the man. he smiled and looked up to the sky no he said but your sister is cute he said back to them and jumped down to the ground he ran into the darkness and howled in the distence.

~~"Strange....what would a werewolf be doing in these parts?" Kaoran sat by her sister. "I haven't seen one in a long while." she said.

~~"Um...Ok...."Kaoran said and stood up. "This should be pretty interesting to tell you the truth." She added.

running as fast as he could marix bolted from one street to another as he let out a mournful howl while wondering. "two of them? why two? i only smelled one."

slowly he came to a stop in front of a dilapidated appartment building. " home sweet home" he chickles to himself as he walks in to the unlocked building. looking around he spots the stairs and heads up to the top floor. he opens an appartment and walks in to see the former occupants just where he left them. "i'll have to get rid of the bodies soon before it starts to smell" he mumbles to himself.

~~Kaoran could sense movement in the distance. "I sense something...." she muttered. Her sister seemed to have drifted off so she went ahead.
