Placebo are a very special band, one which forms very personal connections with me. I only have two bands that do such a thing, the other being Jeff Buckley.

The term Special K has nothing to do with the cereal however, its a reference to a horse tranquilizer called Ketamine. Humans can and do take Ketamine or 'Special K' as a recreational dissasociative.

They use it on horses too because a horse isnt going to tug on the vets sleeve and express discomfort at he fact that his consciousness has achieved astral form and is leaving his body..

i know man (i didnt know exactly but i know it wasnt cause of the cereal), i just say that so they dont make fun of it cause im sick, a lot of people here does that...

Placebo is, in no other terms, the cooked pea of... uhhh, music. More or less, half the people love them, the other half want to find them and beat them. I can say I'm a pea lover though. My favorite track is and shall always be, "My Sweet Prince".
