*A guy sits there in the rain his silver hair pasted to the side of his head being drenched his silver eyes flash in the dim streetlight reflacting off the wet asphalt his wet close show that he had a perfect muscular figure he wears a black leather trench coat that barely keeps his dark blue sleeveless shirt and black pants dry on his upper arm right below where is sleeve on the trench coat ends a strange tattoo only vampires know as a sign of the daywalkers around his waist is a belt which holds a broad sword with a diamond handle in a diamond glass scabbard with a rose vine etched in it and on the opposite side a custom sawed-off shotgun hangs in a holster that reloads the weapon. He stares at a red rose setting in the rain in front of him as four cloaked figures come from the darkness walk towards him his eyes look up to them and he gives a pissed off glare and unsheathes his sword making a spine-tingling scrape along the Diamond scabbard. He watches as swords come from the cloaked figures he swung his sword around and then the figures come at him he blocks the four swords swinging at him then lighting flashes and the street light go out for a split second and then they come back on and only the silver hair guy still stands there with nothing but black ash mud all around him. He looks to the rose once more and then steps over it and walks into a alley*

Tara..walks home form a night out ...she tiredly walks down the dark alley leading to her home earing smart trousers and a strappy top ..she wore a long leather coat and smiled as she walked down the alley ...she tripped over somethign on the ground falling tot he hard surface ,.....her hand caught on somethign that cut into her skin....she stayed there glanicng at the blood runnign down her hand ..then to the rose that caused her fall....she looekd at it ..its sharp thorns that cut deep into her hand..." stupid bloody rose" she said moving her long black wavy hair out of her face using her other hand...she looekd around with ehr emerald green eyes then she glanced to the ros e..she looked back and forth form ehr hand to the rose...the blood dripping on to the roses petals ... she sat there alone ...int the alley ...confused by the rose as the blood leaked onto the rose ..tinting its beauty ever so slightly"

*Peacemaker looked back to the girl from the alley and sighed he walked back to the girl* are you okay *Peacemaker held his hand out to her* let me help you up *Peacemaker looked to the clouds as the rain countinued down on the two then back to the girl*

em ..yes i think i am " she said taking his hand ...she looked at her hand covered in blood " i just tripped ...over a rose..i think" she said slightly confused...she didnt know how she couldent have seen a rose..." thank u for ur conceren..." she said smiling alittle cradling her bleeding hand"

*Peacemaker smiled and grabbed the girls hand and the cut healed rather quickly* no you tripped on that sword your hand hit the rose *Peacemaker nodded his head towards the swords on the ground* what are you doing out this late in the rain *Peacemaker held his trench over his weapons as he talked to the girl* I am Peacemaker by the way

im Tara...and im just back form a night out with my friends" she said ...she looked in amazment at her hand then smiled .." um thanx for the healing mate .... im soo tired right now ....been on my feet since 6am .." looks at watch" shit ...its ...1 am ..aww man ill need to go home sleep for 5 hours then go to work ..man i hate this" she said turnign away form him ..her long leatehr coat flowing behind her in the wind" ts need meeting u peacemaker" she sayign turnign back to look at him"

*Peacemaker nodded* I can give you a ride my car is right around the corner *Peacemaker looked at her* besides its raining *Peacemaker shook his silver hair and looked to the girl as he waited for a answer whether it was a sure or a excuse not too it didn't seem to bother him*

em yeah ..sure i guess i hate my hair getting wet anyway ...it goes more wavy than this" hold out hair then follows peacemaker to his car ..she wasnt sure if she was doign the right thing..or not ..."

*Peacemaker smiled and walked to the car and opened the door and reached arcoss and unlocked the other side and then waited for her to get in then he cranked up the loud engine as it seemed to echo through the alley he looked to the girl* where too

anywhere i guess..... im not really bothered now ......" she said smilign at him ..she glanced out the window watchign them drive off"

*Peacemaker nodded and took off he looked at the clock on the stereo and started towards the warehouse yard* I need to head to my place for a sec *Peacemaker glanced at her then back to the road* unless you have a objection

no ..no ..not at all ..i anit doing anythign anyway ....so lead the way mysterious one" she said smiling tryign not to laugh "

*Peacemaker nodded and pulled into the warehouse yards and hit a garage door opener and it opened a warehouse door and pulled in the warehouse was full of weapons of all shapes, kinds, and eras Peacemaker got out of the car and walked to a door and went into the darkness*

she stepped out of the car and looked around...the place was deserted within 2 minutes of being outside his car...peacemaker had left ...she stood there in the darkness ..lookign at all the weapons of evil...." who woudl own such fucked up weapons ....this is just sick" she said walking further into the warehouse ...she glanced around looking for peacemaker " u there...hello ....ANYONE THERE" she said wrapping the coat she had into her body as a strong cold wind brushed by her while she stood there waiting for someone ...." where the hell did he go?" she said screwing up her eyes trying to look for him in the darkness...she stood there alone ....the cold harsh wind whipping her clothes ....the silence stood for what seemed like a moment .,.but was indeed much more than a moment"

*Peacemaker looked back towards the girl however dark in the room he saw her blood vains in his vampiric nightvision he had he then flicked on the light and looked to the girl* in case your wondering the weapons outside I have many enemies and not everyone I can kill with garlic and silver *Peacemaker clicked on a computer and typed on it and then after several beeps from it he pulled a floppy disk out and then shut off the power* ready to go *Peacemaker stepped out of the room and looked back to her*

um yes ....and i didnt think anyone couldbe killed by galic ...haha ..i mean i thoguht that only killed vampires...but they annit real....anyway where we going .....?" she asked turngin to walk to him ..she walked beside him as he held the floppy disc " what u need that for ?" she asked lookign at him putting her hands in her pockets"

*Peacemaker walked out into the main room* money to someone *he placed the disk in his pocket and walked to the car* I need to get some supplies *Peacemaker looked at him and waited for her to catch up*

SHE RAN TO him and got in the car again .....wondering what she was getting herself inot " so after this ..where are we going" she asked not really knowing if she wanted to know the answer"

*Peacemaker took off out into the road the warehouse door closed and he pulled out into the business district and drove down a alley and stopped at the end* I don't know you need to go anywhere *Peacemaker got out of the car and knocked on a metal doo that had graffiti all over it*

*The eye traveled to the disk and then a gruff voice came through the door* we don't need your stuff Peacemaker you give me a bad reputation and I am tired of you attitude

*Peacemaker rolled his eyes and held his hand out as a rusted piece of rebarb from the alley flung to his hand Peacemaker spun it around and stabbed it into the peep hole as screaming sounded on the other side of the door then Peacemaker kicked in the door and stepped in and and flung the door off and looked to the guy that still had the bar in his eyes* Don't give me that crap Markus *Peacemaker picked up the guy by the bar and then pulled it out and looked at him* you promised me the goods if I brought you a list of the GBCs and here they are *Markus quicly pointed to the corner at somes boxes* there right there take them and keep the disk *Peacmaker dropped the guy and opened up the box then shut it and walked out into the alley and placed them in the trunk then he walked in and looked to the guy* where's the other box *Peacemaker looked to the corner and saw another box* nevermind *he opened it up and then closed it and put it in the trunk as well then he walked back in* you eye will heal but if you lie to me again I will make it permanent *Peacemaker looked to Tara and then walked out to the car* I hate working with nightwalkers at times *Peacemaker opened the car door and looked to the guy with his eyes stabbed then got into the car*

em yeah ...." she said then stepped inside the car looking back at the man .....was it wise to be with this guy ..?.....woudl he hurt her if she left...?....all she knew was that sh had to decide wether he was good or evil ..and the only way she coudl do this would be to stay with him ..... infact ....why was she with him ...he coudl be tricking her .... enchanting her ....she shook ehr head then smiled "so where now?" she said tryign not to look suspisious**

*Peacemaker looked at her and sighed* in cas your wondering the first boz was full of silver junk and the other had Garlic Extract I use it for my work *Peacemaker looked at her and took off out of the alley and down the road* I kill vampires that try to genocide the human race *Peacemaker looked to the road glancing at the mirrors at times* I need to go to my weapon designers place and drop these boxes off so he can make silver garlic bullets *Peacemaker turned the corner and slammed on the breaks as a line of suburban blocked the road* lovely

oh ok " she said ...he suddenly spun around the corner and sped off ..pulling ehr back into the seat ..she couldent move much" em .....coudl u slow down alittle ?" she asked ppolietely not wanting to enrage him ...she sat there full of fear as they drove off into the night....she only hoped this wasnt going to be her last evernight" so after this where are we to go ....?" she asked looking serious"

*Peacemaker looked at her* Don't worry I a expert driver *Peacemaker swerved a corner* I have never crashed.....on accident *Peacemaker smiled and parked in front of a pawn shop* be right back *Peacemaker smiled and grabbed the boxes from the trunk and walked into the store*

she sat there in the car now being able to move " why the hell am i with this guy ..i dont even know him " she asked herself while he was inside the shop..." maybe i could look around " she said openign the glove box ...a small sharp dagger coated in blood and a gun fell out ..she screamed and pushed them back in ...and sat ther elookign innocent and tryign to look calm ..and not nerous..." hes a killer i know it " she said to herself in fear then tried to calm herself down again...she waited calmy for him to come back"

A small head poked out from in between the seats, "Are you talking to yourself?" It nodded to itself, "It's not a good habit, ya know..." It glanced at her again, "And you look a bit shaken for someone who seems to be trying too hard to look calm."

*Peacemaker came out of the shop empty handed and got in the car and looked to the two* what did I tell you about sleeping in my car *Peacemaker looked at the girl in the back glancing at the girl in the front then to the back*

AHHH" she screamed jumping out the car ...she slammed the door closed and backed away form it ..she was scared and confused ...nothign was in the car at the start of their journey ..now somethign was ...she stood there shaking confused as the cold wind wept her coat of the ground..she stood there watchign the car .... watching ...waitign for him to get back...waitign for peacemaker to explain or kill the thing"

"You didn't tell me a thing. And it got kinda boring um..elsewhere, so i got permission to come back out here." The shadowed thing grins as if laughing at something about the two in the front, but then the smile disappears to be replaced with a scowl, as she mutters, "Damned wings are uncomfortable..." Her face screws up into a strained expression, and she emits a glow that illuminates the car for a second as the wings go away, long enough to see her clearly; she has brown hair and fairly dark skin, though her eyes are like molten glass. Her hands are tipped with sharp claws that fade as she glows, and bronzed scales that run everywhere but her face disappear also. She is wearing all plain black and a tiny pewter ankh. She grins at them again.

oh sorry ...just make it she runs out the car once peacemakers in ....my bad*)))

Jack Pope stepped into the deserted alley, "I'm too late," he mumbled to himself and turned to leave. He stopped when he spied a single rose lieing on the ground. Slowly he retrieved it, several drops of blood splashed to the ground as he did so. Swapping the rose to his other left hand, he lifted his right and sniffed the blood that had collected in it.

"So a mortal now travels with him... I must be careful when revealing myself."

Jack slipped the rose into he jacket pocket and returned to the main street, where a black motorcycle awaited him. He looked up the street and down the street. He shrugged, he had no idea which way his quarry had gone. He pulled the rose from his pocket, whispered some words to it and left it fall to the ground. The rose land with the bud pointing up the street to Jack's right. He picked up the rose, returned it to his pocket, got on his bike and rode of in the direction the rose had pointed.

"Lets hope it was money well spent."

she continued to step away from the car ...still shakin from the scary thing in the back ....now she knew he wasnt normal ...not like herself.."why do these things always happen to me" she said quietly as she backed away furtehr and furtehr from the car....she could hear some faint footsteps in the distance but all she coudl think about was that thing....in the car "

"You know, Daywalker, your new 'friend' doesn't seem to like me. Guess I'll go, then." The girl becomes a heat mirage that slowly fades.

*Peacemaker rolls his eyes and gets out if the car* don't worry she is not going to hurt she is one of my friends *Peacemaker bit his lip not sure if that was a good thing to say but kept his mouth shut* but now she is gone just relax she comes and goes as she pleases *Peacemaker looked off into the distance* the rose *Peacemaker rolled his eyes again*

well if ur sure ..then i guess so " she said walkign to the car ..then she stopped hearing the footsteps again" there it is again " she said looking to peacemaker" i heard that earlier ....oh well i guess i just have good hearing .....and sorry ..i just got a fright ..thats all .." she said ...looking inot the darkness one last time before she stepped into the car ...once seated she was drawn to the darkness ...and gazed out the window wondering what was pulling her in ...."

*Peacemaker smirked and got back into the car and cranked it up* you would be suprised on how many friends I have *Peacemaker pulled away from the pawn shop and out onto the main road that would take them back into the warehouse yards* by the way that rose you stabbed your hand on was mine

yes i ..em guessed that " she said slowly turning to face him " it hurt liek hell when it cut my hand"..she watched him as he drove away ...she turned back and looked out the window ....she swore she saw a figure ...but she ignored it ..and gazed at the stars ...and listened to peacemaker talk and sing and drive ..as she sat that in the car with him "

Jack Pope rode continuously down the street, every few blocks he would take the rose out and repeat the spell and drop the rose, time was running out for the spell had limited power on the rose. The process was slow and Jack worried that he would not find him before the spell was useless.

Jack stopped once more said the words and dropped the rose, the rose hit the ground spun twice and stopped. "That's that the spell is useless." he muttered. Jack was distracted by a woman's scream coming from an alleyway to his left. Retrieving the rose he moved quietly but quickly into the alley. He saw a woman pinned against the alley walk be a night crawler, "Hey blood sucker... over here."

The vampire turned and snarled at Jack. Jack ran forward towards the vamp, who released the woman and prepared to fight. Jack was in no mood for a fair fight and pulled out his two handguns and shot the vamp twice in both legs, wounding him but not killing him. Screaming the girl ran off out of the alley.

Jack put his dagger to the vamp's throat, "Tell me where the daywalker dwell and i shall spare you."

"Hell if you're no match for the daywalker he'll kill you before you draw your pathetic little guns."

Jack applied more pressure to the dagger and began cutting the flesh of the vamp's neck.

"Ok ok... I'll tell you, he's set up in some warehouse a few blocks that way... you can't miss it."

"Thank you my friend. If you have lied I will find you." Jack said mockingly and he turned and ran from the alley. Jack got on his bike and rode off in the direction the night crawler had point.

The girl jogged along the streets absentmindedly, nearly running into some human guy on a black motorcycle. She swerved to his left instinctively and turned around, increasing her pace to keep up.
"Hiya! Who are you?"
the only thing that would give her away was her eyes which tended to glow a bit...

*Peacemaker looked into his rearview mirror and then swerved the corner into the warehouse and parked the car he shut the warehouse doors and then looked to the girl he was hangin with* it was a problem rose for me anyways it was my fiance....well ex fiance but she back stabbed me.....literally she handed the rose to me and then that was the signal for the others to attack and then she stabbed me in the back with her own dagger but she didn't succeed *Peacemaker pulled a dagger out of his coat and then threw it to the table*

Jack and his bike swerved violently into the middle of the street, as he nearly connected with some girl. Swinging the bike round and bring it to a halt he eyes the girl, "You should watch where you're going."

Jack popped out the stand of his bike and jumped off. "I am Jack, who are you and what are you doing out at this time of night. Don't you know the city is a dangerous place after dark?" Jack said slightly annoyed at yet another time delay, blood drinker he could handle but when it came to seemingly stupid people he had no patience.

Jack let out a sigh, he know it was his duty to look after the girl and she her to where ever she was going. "I'm sorry if I sound rude. Do you need a lift anywhere?"

"Nope! "She grins, "Not going anywhere!" As an afterthought she adds, "I'm called Rynika. Where are you going in such a hurry?" Her eyes flash gold once.

*Peacemaker shrugged* in time she will know that I am still alive but she knows nothing of this place so I am safe here as is you *Peacemaker looked down the road through the cracked door and saw two people talking one with a motorcycle Peacemaker rolled his eyes and flip his hand and the door shut the rest of the way*

she looked at peacemaker then to the door confused then back to him " so um peacemaker ...where are we goign next" she said walkign close to him ...she stopped inchs away form him ..her smile faded ..her hand slowly moved off his shoulder " i think its best if i leave u ...sometimes ..tehre are things only man should do alone" she said ...she wanted to kiss his cheek ...and moved forward too but back away and walked to the door closing her coat over " good day peacemaker..good day " she said and reached out on hand for the door "

*Peacemaker blinked and shrugged and walked up to the catwalks and climbed the ladder to the roof and glanced down to where the motorcycler was and the women he watched them as they talked amongst themselves keeping low in the shadows*

Jack sighed, "I wasn't traveling any where in a hurray, he plainly lied.
He looked around he knew he was close, but not close enough, and time was running out. "I'm looking for someone, I think he owns a ware house around here somewhere, only i don't know where."

Jack noticed the flashing eyes and realised that this girl was not a mortal, "I'm looking the one they call Peacemaker the vampire, do you know of him?"

she opened the door and looked back " im sorry peacemaker ....im sorry " she said and pushed opened the door ....she slowly walked down the path ..her head kind of low ..the world was silent ...she could see nothign or hear nothing ...she just walked alone down the road" am i doing the right thing " she asked herself wondering if she should really leave that nice guy alone ...hes had a rough time ...maybe he could use a friend ..but then again ...why would anyone want to be friends with her "
