With fear of sounding thick as shit- what is Malkavian, what is this White Wolf stuff, and what is the Book of Nod??

These words keep popping up every so often...and now im just curious cus some of you seem to find these things important- and others think its dumb...is it some kinda of game??

White Wolf created Vampire: The Masquerade... it's a role playing game like Dungeons & Dragons. It spawned several books... a card game simialr to Magic: The Gathering... and a short lived TV show called Kindred: The Embraced.

It takes place in the World of Darkness... which is identical to ours except that there or supernatural vampires, werewolves... etc. That and everything seems to have a kinda gothic-punk look to it... that's the only way I can explain it.

Malkavian is the name of one of the vampire clans. They are usually brillinant but also... quite mad.

The Book of Nod is a supplement to the RPG that is kinda like the vampires Bible. Explains the creation and all that stuff.

What we have here is someone who has played too much of the game and thinks he's a real supernatural vampire.

Like I said excuse me if I got some stuff wrong... I don't play the game... I just have a deck of the Vampire Card game cards and I played the game on my PC.

It seems some people actually believe everything they read, no matter how prosperous it sounds...they think it sounds neat, and wish it could be true...then, later on, they discover internet...they are faceless, namelesss, they can be whoever they want...

So they blow the dust off the old roleplay book...create themselves a nice little character, and starts acting it out online, hoping in vain that some might actually believe them...

It is sad, but it happens all the time.

I agree with Night Eagle, I read your next post and your old english is terrible. Even old english spoken correctly is more understandable. You definatly are not speaking truth with anything you say. For quite a few reasons:

1. You claim to be in a clan.

2. You claim that you can turn others if they choose a clan.

3. Your old english is terribly spoken.

4. You said something about "taking care of some annoinces" which I take as you killed some people or something like that... :huh:

5. You claim to be 500 yet you cannot get your birthday right...

Need I say more? These are all clear as crystal signs that you are definatly a role player. Many of us are REAL vampires here and we are not fooled so easily, so I definatly think you need to stick to the role playing forum...
