If I had to pick one, it'd be drama. But nowadays, most movies are a mix of those genres. Horror is pretty dramatic in and of itself.

I'm sort of into horror, though these days that covers a lot of stuff - like for instance Underworld and Hellboy is just as much fantasy/adventure even though they use some horror-related settings - or am I just getting numb to the whole thing :icon11:

Yeah, some more than others - like Army of Darkness, which mixes horror with adventure and comedy in a very weird way. It's more like fantasy even though it's predecessors were more like horror, even though already the second Evil Dead movie was a bit over the top :4:

Comedy :banana00: I rarely watch movies, and when I do most of the time I crave for laughs. Disgusting/unintelligent humour is not my type, but I love witty/silly comedies, like the ones Danny Kaye used to make :icon2:

I like a lot of comedy and Sci fi stuff. If anyone is interested in seeing a foreign comedy... try: Deborah ga Ribaru or Deborah is a Rival. It is friggin' funny.... has a little bit of simple, dirty humor... but for the most part...it is witty and silly... Look for the subtitled versions.

My favorite type of movie is Film Noir. Sadly it died mostly, still it was a great style and such. Though I have seen few of them myself. One recent good film noir type film is Memento.

There is to much laughter in my life. Could be the reason I like the Black Films.

Horror, definitly! I love being scared, and I don't know why. I would sit through a scary movie with my eyes covered half of the time, but I would still want to see it again. Bottom line: The scarier it is, the better.
