Now that I have begun to understand the realm of energy, I was wondering if it was possible to affect the realm of the physical. For example, is it possible to levitate, of move objects? If anyone has any information, please tell me. Thanks

before one can master another one must master themselves

Let me make an analogy for you. think of how much force it takes for water to move something much less hold it. Now think of how much it takes for air to do the. Energy is even further from being a solid than that. One could argue that spirits are both energy and seem fairly capable at moving things. However one has to keep in mind that this is their entire energy as a whole not a projection of it (which is what it would take for a living being to move something without touching it) , along with how limited the nature of the movements and time between movements is.

However their are more realistic effects that can be made on the physical world from the energy of a physical person. Sensations such as warmth, cold, tingling, and uncontrolled muscle contraction can be induced as well as releif of and increase of pain. Also one could hang a thin string somewhere and draw it (slightly) towards their other hand with energy, but unless you have a %100 breeze proof room (as was used in the scientificly done study), there won't be much satisfaction.

It is possible to influence physichal objects, telekinesis has been widely researched for years, and is now accepted alongside telepathy and healing.

It does, however, require an immense amount of willpower, and quite possibly a slight amount of talent...

This is another topic of great interest lost to the past. Back to the future with this.

No, it's not. Or at least, there has never been any scientifically provable event of it ever happening (telekinesis and all that). Things like Ouija boards are explainable through unconscious movements of the body (can't remember the fancy technical name for it) which can even go so far as to move tables without people being aware that it's them doing it.
What do you even mean by the realm of energy?
But you can affect the realm of the physical quite easily, by say, moving. Pick up a pencil on the desk with your hand; there you go.
All this paranormal stuff is perfectly explainable through people just being unaware of how they will interpret things how they want to, rather than what actually happened. Or to put it another way, they delude themselves.
Darren Brown, in his rather amazing book 'Tricks of the Mind', goes into great length how all this kind of stuff is nonsense. You should read it, it's entertaining and enlightening.

well, I dont mean to agree with throne, but he does have the best example.

your physical body is the manifestation of your will in the physical world. it's essentially your will holding cells together into a single functioning organic form.
I'm afraid anything further than that, and your heading into science fiction.

but hey, some people are blessed with strange talents, so im not going to say it's totaly impossible. It's just really really unlikely.

So what holds a jellyfishes cells together? Or come to that, what holds a man in a coma's cells together?

Your body can be used to express your will, but it is not a manifestation of your will, it's a manifestation of portable plumming, electrolysis and electron transfer chains...

One example that does spring to mind is our everyday use of electromagnetism, the only one of the four fundamental force fields we have been able to master so far.

Magnetic Fields can be used by humans to move objects from electrons to motor cars, to generate electric currents that can be used to do work and even to contain antiparticles and set up relativistic collisions. That aint small potatoes, but it's nothing compared to what we could do if we could master the yang-mills fields, which are many times stronger than the electromagnetic field.
