its remnants stain my lips
as i drown thyself
in tears solace
concealing my brittle state
in wakeful slumber

for he alone holds me

ethereaL vaNity

As fragile as a lily
its stem long and slender
its powdery white petals,
soft and tender
it stands alone
poised over your reflection
forcefully claimed
as one of lifes perfections
yet within its shadowed clasps
lies poison laced in dew
but its beauty is transcendent
who wouldnt adoRe it
would you?

tRansient infiniTum

droplets trailed down
her porcelein like skin
barely making a sound
in silence breakable by pin
each slowly growing ripple
to which had no return
crashing into a neverending battle
of transient infinitum
From above the waters were of sapphire blue
would it alter?
she pondered
as she dived into the waters
turning it a stony cold hue
its frosty bite stung at first
going numb slowly
quenching an undying thirst
as she sank into its serenity
barely making a stir
enveloped in its velvety robes
its waters engulfed her
and swallowed her whole

Hey, I liked the "tRansient infiniTum" so much imagery, it's really good. You should keep up the work, and post more often. I loved reading you writing, and i'm sure other's can agree.

soRee that i havn posteD in a while..it wasnt a dry season..only a stagnant one..i haD exams!couldn come online 4 a bitz but have be3n writing..

wakefulneSs

speckles of light from the day shadow the sky,
flickering meekly
in the wavering presence of Glorys Eye
as silence falls gently
into the palms of its descent

all aim is lost and importance forgotten
as the reapers of day flee to their graves
and want nothing more than peace in their return
yet they are children of man,Greeds slaves
and retire with their eyes open

yesterday!today!tomorrrow!
haunt their wakeful slumber
causing more pain than sorrow
for even as the day feints its rest
it carries the promise of the morn

I may be shallow but I enjoyed the first one better. It covered the vamp subject in a light I hadn't thought of. What is the concept around random cApiTaLiZation? Is it a secret codE?
