Ive heard of a plant known as the Dream Herb.
Its ment to Increase successful chances of Lucid Dreaming and intensify the dream.

Ive seen a lot of posts on dreams and such so I thought id let you know of this.

I havent tried it, but I plan to.

It should be legal in almost all countries because its sold all over the internet. But of course this is a guess so dont take my word for it.

I've heard of this also. I am pretty skeptical and distrustful of these things generally and I prefer to go without such aids.

But If someone was very interested in it and believes in it.... looking at the price per 2 oz, they might wish to consider growing their own even artificially indoors if they had to. Ouch.

That's actually something I could consider...I wish I'd known about it back when my daughter had all the nightmares. It might have helped her control her dreams.

I'd rather have a spliff, personally. The right strain does the same job.
Myth
Calea zacatechichi

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

FAMILY : Compositae
GENUS : Calea
SPECIES : zacatechichi

COMMON NAMES
Leaf of God, thle-pelakano, bitter grass, dream herb

IDENTIFICATION
Calea zacatechichi is a heavily branching shrub with triangular-ovate, coarsely toothed leaves 3/4-2 1/2 inc. (2-6.5 cm) long. The inflorescence is densely many-flowered (usually about 12).

INFORMATION
"Recent reports suggest that the chontal Indians of Oaxaca take a tea of the crushed, dried leaves as an hallucinogen. Believing in visions seen in dreams, Chontal medicine men, who assert that Zacatechichi clarifies the senses, call the plant Thle-pelakano or "leaf of the god." There is some evidence that the intoxication is accompanied also by auditory hallucinations....No constituent with hallucinatory properties has as yet been isolated from C. zacatechichi."

There are also reports of the dried leaves being smoked as cigarettes to induce "visions and clairvoyant, dream-like states in which they often perceived voices of the gods and spirits who reveal the cause of diseases, decipher the future or maybe help find lost objects. Scientifically demonstrated to increase the frequency of lucid dreams."

Yea, it's the ... thing mentioned eariler. I'm not even going to try and spell it though.

QUOTE
From the remote and rugged mountains of Mexico's Chiapis region comes this most unusual herb which the Chontal natives use to navigate the realms of dreaming sleep. By drinking an infusion made from the leaves of this plant, they claim to experience intense moments of lucid dreaming during which they access a vast hidden realm of insight, imagery and knowledge normally unavailable during normal waking consciousness. Controlled clinical studies have since been conducted that verify this unusual dream-enhancing or "oneirongenic" effect. These fragrant leaves also make a very pleasing, aromatic smoke or a superb addition to dream pillows. 2 ounces, wild collected foliage.

That's a bit about what they claim it does...

And here's a link! Apparently it's 100% legal in the united states, it says on the site...

Dream Herb

I'd love to try it!

Also, this might only work for me, but Lavender helps me sleep deeper, cause I have bad insomnia, it helps me get to sleep, and when I've put it under my pillow, I tend to sleep better, and more deeply... But as I said, it might just be me wiping the garden out of Lavender...lol.

That sounds fun........there are many herbs that can serve this function, however. Mugwart, mandrake.......heck, even rose petals......A study of herbology will reaveal many many choices....
