How i do an invocation to venus?If any one knows pls send me a mail at deathgothik@yahoo.com with details.I made her something like a prayer because i whant to have something special in me...and it work!i belive in god.it's a wrong thing to belive in two Gods= a god and a godess...some person said me it bad but i read about wicca and many of them have two gods.

If you already made something from yourself that is probably the best of all since it has came from yourself and will mesh (go together) nicely with you since it was you who created it. My experience is that such things are extremely powerful.

About someone telling you it is wrong to believe in this or that god or goddess and that you can't do this (more than one at once) , all sorts of people say things like this. It is up to you, you are the one who (or should) gets to choose your beliefs.

Venus is often considered to be more of a goddess spread about with many other names and aspects. Are you wishing for an invocation specifically (only) to the roman goddess Venus, or are you looking for other aspects throughout other civilizations in a more general way?

If someone else doesn't post something soon, I will give you a few later.

I will also ask are you looking for a roman ritual for venus? power from the planet venus? or for the goddess "who you might as well call by whatever name you feel comfortable with as even the greek name is just an adaptation of an even older name for the same goddess"

It's good you said a prayer to Venus. I do know that green is her color. I do have more info on her but I need to find it. I'm a bit rusty in the practicing department. I'll let you know more when I find it!

Hey I'm back with the information I said I'd get.

Ok here goes:
First; Friday is Venus' day
7 pm is Venus' hour

If possible try to work when the Sun/Moon is in Venus-ruled signs, Libra(which the Sun is in right now until the end of October (around the 22nd or 23rd I'm not sure). And Taurus too.
If you could do it during the waxing moon, that's even better (before and on the full moon) The full moon is on the 28th of this month.

Venus is fond of bees, so honor her with some Honey---yum!
Green, like I mentioned before is her color.

You can use myrtle and clover oil for scent. (Just becareful with oils, I'm not sure if these will burn your skin or not...you never know if you'll have an allergic reaction).

Sandalwood is also a good scent to use.

Imagine yourself with a vibrant green light, or if you have one, use that...why not.
finally you can wear emerald or turquoise jewlery or amulet for extra luck!
