I went to see Open waters on Saturday... It was Crap!
If anyone else has seen it and liked it, I'm sorry, this is my big rant!
I spent, £5.70, to watch two people, bobbing up and down in the water, for 1 1/2 hours!
All they did, was wave their arms at specks on the horizon, didn't make an attempt other than once to move towards the boats, got stung by jellyfish, a bitten a little by a shark, which resulted in the guy bleeding to death. the girl at the end, after floating around for an hour or so, simply sunk under the water, thats IT!
I now know how NOT to survive. I swear you'll come out of there with the art of bobbing up and down in water sorted to a tee.
If anyone else has seen it, what do you think?

I haven't seen this, I wasn't planning on doing so either - watching two people tread water for two hours isn't exactly my idea of a good time. Given your write-up there Sara, there's more chance of me camping out for a week to make sure I see the next Star Wars movie than there is of me paying to see Open Water.

Lol. I'd rather do that too! I was in absolute awe of how unbelievably bad it was!
People were leaving and complaining and all sorts! Lmao! We all came out asking why we had just wasted £5.70, to see a plotless, unimaginative piece of crap! Lol. Stacey started filing her nails halfway through, when most people had gone, lol!

That's the problem - it's not exactly cheap going to the cinema these days, so there's always a feeling of "I paid £6.00 for this, so I'm gonna see this shit through to the bitter end!". The nearest I've come to walking out of a movie was 'Attack of the Clones' - I compromised and wandered out for 10 minutes during the love story bit in the middle for a smoke.
Which cinema do you go to in Leeds? Me and my possee tend to go to Warner Village (or Vue as it's now called for some strange reason) just because it's easier to park and slightly cheaper then the Star.

Yeah, it looked like a really dumb movie. I wonder how crap like that makes it to people in Hollywood.
