Well, my problem isn't very simple, well, actually it is, here it goes:

All my life I've been dealing with ghosts, shades and the like, I even learnt how to manage all that stuff but lately I've been having problems, overpopulation problems...

I used to feel at least 10 ghosts, many shapes and what I would call goblins in my place...

But now I can't even deal with them, I have huge headaches and my house also became a cold and I mean cold place...

I think I finally need some help after three weeks trying to manage this little situation...

Looks like you need some sort of exorcism, many religions offer their services for a donation.
My choice would be getting a Japanese Shinto exorcism.
Shinto is the native religion in Japan with its roots stretching back to 500 B.C. Exorcism is a common Shinto-related custom, and is said to be the religion of rituals or ceremonies mostly for purifications or exorcism.

Why do you suggest shinto's? And, how would one go about locating a shinto priest?

Do catholic priests still get trained in exorcisms and banishings? I'd guess they'll be easy to locate in most western nations.

Or, you could attempt a banishment ritual yourself, but that would of course depend on how practiced you are, a banishment is nothing for a novice to play around with. You need to be stronger than what you are chasing away, and in your case, you might be in for a rough road. There's strengths in numbers, and ten of them could be hard to remove.

Where did they come from? Can you with absolute certainty rule out that you invited them? Because if they have an invitation, no banishment in the world can keep them away. Also, check your wards on your house/apartment/room, if they're broken or weak.

Check for open portals, gates, creaks, and seal it up. You'd rather not want wide open doors where you live, anything can walk through. When you seal and ward, pay attention not only to doors and windows, but mirrors, they're also an easy way in.
