There's a school of thought (to which the actress Jean Simmons belongs to, I think) that recommends drinking your own piss to keep yourself healthy. i don't get this because urine is a waste product and therefore toxic in large doses. My dad failed his test for the intelligence corps for refusing to drink his own piss on a training exercise.

Funnily enough, Urine is sterile, yes, but it doesn't stay sterile for long due to the stuff in it, which bacteria love.

Urine or the act of being urinated on is a suprisingly common fetish though I never quite understood it myself.
