ok im new to this place but i think im a vampire and it is a felling that i have felt since i was a litlle boy i allways felt a lust reaction to blood but it is wierd cause some times i fell like if i would do anything to get blood. im am 14 years old and each year this starts to get worse. Now im starting to look for answers to the cause and the thing is i have felt it since a little boy since i remember that i am alive.

I think im a vampire or im turning in to a psycho....

Give it a bit more time- Your questions will in the end answer themselves, If you are going through an awakening of sorts then time is the only answer.

At the end of the day there is no-one online that can answer the question "am I a vampire" as cheesy as it sounds the answer lays within.

I think that you are a teenager, as a teenager you can feel many things, especially the liking for blood. It is not a lust for blood, that would be, you sexually wanting blood since you were a little kid. That's probably not what you meant, I'm hoping. So, if you have wanted blood since you were little and you have always enjoyed seeing it, why not donate some to a local blood bank, you can see plenty of it. I don't think you are a vampire, and if you were a psycho, you wouldn't be talking with us, you would be speaking to yourself in a dark corner. So, I'm thinking, that as I've noted since I've been here, teenagers these days, have an interest in anything that has to do with blood affairs. They enjoy seeing it, whether it makes them squeamish or not. My friend, is a vegetarian, yet his screen name has an interest in blood that is quite obvious. So, what I'm thinking is that you really aren't a vampire. You aren't a psycho either. You're just what I was when I was 12. Someone who was interested in blood beyond what I wanted to completely admit to myself. If you stick around the site, it will help you out to read the very obsessive compulsive blood drinkers, and the skeptics. Me being a skeptic these days, who loves to read about vampires, but not be a part of anything that can be related to vampirism. Yep, that's my answer. Hope I helped.

After reading these posts I see a lot of you that are very supportive and some of you that are just smartasses but I would just say that if you like blood that much try having a blood sibling be it female or male. It's a ceremony, you both cut yourselves in a none suicidle way and drain a little bit of blood into a container that you can drink out of and then you both drink a small and I mean small portion of it and then you are blood siblings that is what I did at your age. Sadly my sibling commited suicide a yr and a half later but that's not what I"m getting at anyway it's just a fact if you like the taste of it then your just someone who likes the taste of blood. If you don't you have a blood sibling big deal. Anyway I do believe in vampyrs, the blood suckers are mostly dead now but there are a few still left. Now a days the only vampyrs I've ever met are energy drainers. I am one and have many friends who are as well. Anyway as I was saying I doubt you are a vampyr because you would have to be born that way and I highly highly doubt that your parents are vamyrs and I wouldn't ask them either but anyway that is my opinion on the whole deal. If it helped you then great if it didn't sorry that's my best effort.

Well your not gonna ever get people donating pints of blood to you- it wont happen, most people who do drink blood do not drain their donors- they can take between a few drops and an eggcup full, sanguinarian vampires have a big responsibility for the safety of their donors- therefore never take advantage.
safety is the number one issue here- the donor comes first, ever heard of the terms "dont bite the hand that feeds you"?

It's accually not that hard but you being only 14 or so has something to do with it anyway. Um where are you from if it's decently big you shouldn't have too many problems finding someone that is into bloodletting or anything of that sort. Anyway if you in a small town your prolly SOL. I'm trying to help here so sorry if this doesn't sound right to some of you I'm just a Psi I don't do much with blood sept for the blood sibling thing.

Vampires DO exist, I am a vampire myself and I was born one. I was fasinated by vamp all my life and now I am 18 and I have all the symptons plus Ive felt the Thirst For Blood an incredible feeling.

some people are not going to believe, its par for the course- like i mentioned in another post- everyone is intitled to their opinion and nobody should feel the need to prove anyone else wrong or themselves right- its all about acceptance and respect for others beliefs. I am not going to force my belief onto others and much as i dont expect those who dont believe in vampirism to disrepect me. I dont find questioning disrespectful, I believe it is the only way to learn and be educated.

I totally agree with what you say, and from what I've seen as of returning to these boards, that a few of the 'more vocal' people have either mellowed out a bit (such as myself as be the case :D) or left (to which, unfortunatey, I can't say I miss much of them) and we may be able to have civil conversations about these subjects :P

I agree that questioning is not disrespectful, however I think that there too is a line for that sort of thing... The manner in which one is questioned concludes a certain attitude and level of respect. (ex. friendly chit chat vs. interrogation) I believe that by questioning something, you want to learn, and just as you would not disrespect a professor trying to give a lecture, I believe you should be selective in the questions you ask, and the manner in which you ask them, so as not to cause disrespect and malcontent between the parties. This isn't diplomacy (figures thats the right word, given what he just wrote) or anything, it's just common curtosy. Questioning somebody's opinion/knowledge is not a point of tripping them up in their own words, but to learn (whether you actually accept what they say or not) from those words.

Yeah, I am also 14, I think 13 and 14 are the reality check years. Where fact and fiction slowly begin to have thicker lines betweeen them and some fight to make the line go away. But kid, they are coming one time or another, or you'll end up in an insane asylum.

Because those of us who came to this forum, were trying to see if our thoughts were telling us the truth, or we thought that we were vampires when we first came here. Then we came to a realization, why be vampire when you can be human? Which we are, and we're excepting that for what it is, the truth in our cases. This forum is openminded, so we're not saying rude things to you about your beliefs, it not polite to say rude things about what we think either.

To be honest man, nobody here can tell you why you are having psychological issues with blood, nor can we tell you if you are a vampire or not (well the non believers could tell you :P)....On a note about dreams, any one dream can have an infinite amount of meanings. Say I dream about vampires and blood a lot... Doesn't mean I am a vampire(which [for the most part] thankfully I am :D) It could be because I have a vampire poster in my room that is one of the last things I see before I go to bed. It could be because I've been watching vampire movies lately,. Or maybe its cuz I post on a vampire forum a lot. See what I mean? Just because you dream about this stuff doesn't necessarily mean anything...On the other hand, it doesn't necessarily mean nothing either.

Maybe you can help us with a few more details.

Do you have a lust for blood now? when did it start? how long has this been happening? When do you feel a lust for blood? How long have you been researching vampires and vampirism? how old are you?

All these things, while they may help me, or some other people here get an idea of what we think COULD be the issue, will not on the other hand tell us whether you are a vampire for sure or not... or why you are having those feelings... Thats something that for the majority is something for you to decide/figure out on your own.

Yes I Do Still Have Lust For Blood. It Started Since I Can Remeber That I Am Me. I Fell The Lust For Blood When I See Blood Or When I Am Dreaming. I Have Been researching vampires and vampirism for along time before i was 9 or 10. i am 14 now

The best advice I can give to you is:

Don't watch scary movies, drink less carbonated drinks with caffeine, and lastly, if you keep having these dreams, write them down. It makes them go away sometimes.

Well, if you read the other thread, you'd see the basic gist of the replies are, that there's no possible way for us to determine wether you are a vampire or not over the net. That is something you yourself have to figure out, I'd suggest starting with defining for yourself excactly what a vampire is... Read around this forum, search on the internet, read books, and bear in mind not everything can be taken at face value. You need to decide for yourself what to believe and what not to believe. There's no manual...

I can however tell you that odd dental problems has nothing to do with vampirism. You can have natural fangs and be perfectly mundane, and you can have normal, even teeth and be vampiric. The teeth are no indication either way.

Crosses, garlic, mirrors, popular superstition.

Sleeping patterns, that's individual. Sleeping all day does not a vampire make, especially during summer vacation.

Sensitive neck...we all have our areas. For me it's my tummy, for you its your neck. It could be a vampiric trait, but it just as well could not. It's impossible for us to tell.

Energy drink...I like an energy drink called Dark Dog, does that make me a bitch? (oh dear God, do NOT answer that one!!)

well i have a way of making thins...well...hapen when i was about 6 i thought you would get more stuff if your parents were divorced so i got a picture of my mom and dad and riped it and said please divorce later i realized that woulb be one of the biggest mistake of my life. also when i see a movie (expecially old ones that arent in theaters) and watch late night or the news they talk about that movie also if i develope a crush on a celebrity the same thing happens there a guest on late night or there on the news and well one night i said vampires are so cool (i always thought they were) and i said "man,if only a female vampire would come through my window and bite me" then i went to sleep and i woke up a couple hours later to see a vampire on my neck! she only bit me briefly though I think i have like ESP or something(it probly comes from my moms side) and i think that maybe! i have a sensetive neck is because she only bit me briefly and im not a fully developed vampire and i was like tramatized (what do you think about this theory?)

I'm very tempted to copy Clearwitch's advice, but you've already said you don't want that kind of reply.

But you're feeling 'drawn' to the dark Side aren't you :) the more you think about the Vampire theory makes more sense, doesn't it? And it would give you something to believe in...and an answer.

As you say, you've seen many similar posts to yours here. I guess your best plan is to make friends who feel the same way about it as you do, and you can see that there are plenty of people here going through the same experience. Respond to the posts you feel akin to.

In life there are no answers, and I don't blame you for not wanting to accept that just yet. I want you to be careful in your choice of friends because to a manipulative person, your searching for answers would prove very attractive to them, and without meaning to patronise you, I personally would feel very bad if I thought that someone who posted on this site for advice ended up having their head messed with as a result.

That's about all the advice i can give you because for the most part I am in agreement with Clearwitch.

Be who you want to be, search for knowledge, depend more on your own judgement than other peoples. use this interest to enrich your life not damage it. I wish you well.

I am referring this reply to your very first post. You had said that you had lust ful cravings. Well that is what we vampires would call a blood fetish, which is a need or want to drink, tast, or "bathe" in blood. It is usually conducted in a sexual situation though. That whole thing of developing cravings in your child hood, it depends when you were bitten. If you were bitten as a child then you have cravings as a child.

Like me, i have cravings alot and my maker always has suggestions on how to satisfy them. You might not think that it is a good idea, but i make scars on myself to taste my own blood, but i dont think your family or friends would appreciate scars on your arms. Another thing i do to satisfy my yearning would be to re open those scars to make them bleed once again. Again, i dont think that family and friends would appreciate that either. Or for a last resort, you feed off of your maker, like me. Mind you, they might not be willing to help, but if they are like mine then they will be more than willing to help out their own fledgling.

My advice may not be the most heplful, but it is helpful in its own little way.

anyway, i cannot really help you out with this but i can only tell you that just because you`re very drawn to blood, it does not mean you are a vampire. the only real vampiric quality that i can think of is actually drinking the blood. either way, even if you display the traditional characteristics of a vampire .. fangs, burning in sunlight, not being able to see yourself in the mirror, hating garlic, whatever . . . you still are not a "full vampire" if you don`t drink blood. you`re just a weirdo with really sharp teeth. (sorry bout that. i was tempted to say it.)

but, i must warn you that if you DO want to drink blood, be careful and kill them fully after drinking. if you don`t, you`ll just make them unconscious for about 6 or 7 hours. they`ll be asking you what the hell happened afterwards .. that will really suck for you when they also ask why they have a bloody mark on their neck.
