Aja walked slowly into the woods. Something was calling to her, a call in the night. Shivering, she pulled her arms closer to herself. She was pale skinned about 6’0” and dressed in a long, flow-ey dress with a black corset bodice that came to a point at the bottom, and a deep red skirt the trailed behind her, with deep red sleeves with ties that wrapped around her middle fingers.

She kept the sheath that held her sword, and the hilt of her sword hidden from view beneath her voluminous, dark cloak. She appeared to be a 17 year old, mysterious, perhaps troubled maiden, but was indeed a 972 year old vampire, who had vowed never to slay the innocent. Grinning as she walked deeper into the forest, she licked her fangs, the ever impending darkness shrouding her like a cloak.

The slender body of a sixteen year old girl twisted around the branch. It was dark and she had fallen asleep in the tree she was hiding in. She was hiding from her master. She was a hiding from the man supposed to be her father. But what father would beat and rape their daughter when ever he was drunk? What father would leave her alone for days with no food? No father that she wanted. THat was her reasoning for running away. He would be angry and beat her more but she didn't care. Even this small escape from the dirty prison she called home was worth it.
He red hair whipped around her face as she woke in the tree. He grey blue eyes cold and empty. she was wearing a black dress that showed off her curves and had long flowing black skirts. It had the smallest little red wolf embroided on the back. She knew nothing of her mother but for the fact shhe had been killed by her father. He never said for what and she didn't ask.
Tahnee knew she wasn't like every one else. She knew that she was different. She could call fire to her hand and it would come. She always felt strange around thhe full moon and once a month she would black out for an entire day. It was strange but she had learned to live with it.
She looked around in the cold night. She saw nothing but already knew there was something out there. She climbed delicatly out of the tree and bean on a fast pace out of the dank abode. She noticed movement ahead of her but too late. She was sure who ever it was had noticed her too. Just incase they hadn't she dashed behind a tree in an attempt to hide. She croutched low to the ground.
