WEll how can i do any of that?!
uhhh
hmmm
most things... would take so very long to explain.
and most things depend on experience with other related things too. I must admit i have not given enough thought to how to share accumulated knowledge, i'm still more in 'learning mode' myself. But then i don't think i will ever 'graduate' from learning mode. I'm more curious than pridefull.
http://www.geocities.com/kathrynck/shielding101.htmlI have a little tiny bit on that webpage, and the 201 linked to by it.
its just some rudimentary energy manipulation for the purpose of shielding and related techniques.
I think that if you look to one source for all the answers, you'll be going at it very differently than i have. maybe it would make more sense if i tried to figure out an outline of how i go about learning, rather than try to teach all i know. ya know?

I could teach you...but I'd have to charge.
tempting as that is, i'd hate to interweave that ulterior motive in any ideas i share ;) call it a moment of altruistic weakness
QUOTE
Power does not make you happy...
so very true. power does not make you happy. neither will posessions, or fame, or love even... real happiness is something that comes from within.

equilibrium is so much harder to find when you can tip the scales with a thought without heeding the consequences.
I moderately dissagree.
is equilibrium intrinsicly submissive to 'the external'?
or is equilibrium intrinsicly dominant & resistant to 'the external'?
I think its the latter personally. and in that opinion, i find that 'power' and ballance can go hand in hand, or even be symbiotic.
but then the vedics would agree with you. I for one seek self empowerment and growth and self realization rather than the destruction of the ego. This is the basic difference of philosophy between dark spiritualists and most eastern mystic paths.

What you really need is a quest...A journey that brings a result but also teaches you how to cope with it when you get there....
life is the best teacher i think. just do it. you'll screw up sometimes. that's life.
by the way, I'm wreckless and aggressive when it comes to learning. IMO much of the 'patience' touted by so many guru's is simply an 'easy out' for dealing with questions and manifestations of technique which they don't have an answer for. I don't see how a person could ever really get anywhere in the pursuit of knowledge and/or power if they listen too much to the cautionmongers. To be fair though, one of
my screw ups got me a trip to the emergency room. Something i think most practicioners get to avoid. I don't regret my approach though. and i've only 'very' slightly toned it down.

For such 'powers' as you perhaps seek the cost can be sanity itself.
true true, but then what is sanity really? (or is that something only the insane ask? giggle)
