cowboy bebop, case closed, witch hunter robin, etc..

which ones do you think are worth watching ? anything interesting or are they all the same ?

I'm not a big anime fan, but I do watch it here and there on Adult Swim on Cartoon Network.

The ones that I watch, or try to catch are:

Cowboy Bebop
Yu Yu Hakisho
Wolf's Rain (it's by the makes of Cowboy bebop)

That's it with the Anime that I can think of. Aqua Teen Hunger Force kicks more ass though. You can't get Danzig in any Anime.

I love anime... I've loved anime far longer than it's been considered trendy. At least now that it's trendy it's easier to acquire. Cowboy Bebop is hands down the best anime I've seen and has the best dubs. Most Anime dubbed in English suck.... like Witch Hunter Robin. I love Witch Hunter Robin but I always have to listen to it in Japanese cuz the voice acting is terrible in English.

My advice is to download it online or invest in something like Netflix. Netflix has an awesome variety, plus you have the option of watching it with subtitles...I never watch anything dubbed.

Cowboy Bebop, again, is a pretty damn spiffy series. Akira is a good anime movie, as is anything by Miyazaki (however cute, lovable, and family friendly most of it is...it's still great fun.)

I watch Adult Swim but i love to go to movie rental stores and rent as much original anime as i can (mainly porn anime :lol: ) But i love the art of anime, i have never been able to draw like that no matter how hard ive tried so i stick with my style of drawing. :meow:

i like all the anime on the cartoon network except the time they did the whole SD gundam and there are 1 or 2 more i dont like but the names escape me at this time

If you want toknow something about anime I'm the guy. I've been watching it for the last 10 years so I'll give you the best.

-Trigun= I love this show, so weird and hilarious. Vash is so kickass. GReat show if u like Cowboy Bebop
-Neon Genesis Evangelion= Mech fights are god-like. Weird ass ending,i suggest not even watching last 2 episodes,it'll rot your brain
-Lain= THe weirdest shiton earth. Girl getsan e-mail from herdead classmate after she commited suicide
-Hellsing= 3 words, Psycho Irish Priest....with swords. Okfive but it is still awesome
-Vamp Hunter D-Bloodlust= D is Fucking god. I stronglysuggest thismovie. Only get the second onethough. First one wasmade in 80,animationlooks like someone's shit

Does not. The only TF cartoon series which truly sucked was the RiD/Car Robots one. Mainly because it didn't make any sense, and had goofball Pokemon-ish attacks. (Japanese influence in full force) Beast Wars/Machines, Armada and Energon all rule. I miss the old voice actors, but the Ocean Group have doen a good job.

Anyway, back to topic...As my username would suggest, I consider Gundam Wing to be one of the greatest things ever. I don't really care that it was a lot more commercialised than the original Mobile Suit Gundam. Its character design was its shining point - daft haircuts all the way! And the English dub, to me, is far superior to the original Japanese voice-acting. (Ocean Group again - tell them you love them) Plus, it had Deathscythe. Best Gundam ever.
