Well this is the start of my song/poetry album........ This song was about mercy and it wasn't too complex but simple. But, she seemed to like it none the less....

Well here is the first poem I wrote it tonight.

Mary

She is as sweet a candy
She is as nice as a little old lady
She is as beautiful as the sun setting in the sky
She is as smart as the man with the highest IQ
She is more mature than your average girl

Mary you have many quailities
That I wished I possessed
But I will leave that to you
Because you know how to use these best

This is the way I see you
Through my own eyes
My love for you will never die
It will stay with you till the end of time

One day I hope we grow old
Live great and loving lifes
And I will see you as I did when I first met you
So beautiful in every way in my eyes.....

Hell

Hell is a big pit of fire
Hell is a place with ice cold temperatures
Hell is not for everyone
Hell is a bad place for bad people

Well I ponder these thoughts in my mind
Hell is none of these to me
Hell is not a big ball of fire
Hell is something inside yourself

For when you die

Your hell will be your own personal tourment
Whatever that might be

I like your style hun. Could refine it, but it's very open and honest and the ones about Mercy (I assume they are about her) are so cute. I'm sure as hell she liked them hehehe.

Will be interesting to see what your writing is like in a couple of months time..... Always fun to watch a writer evolve.

like Tin said...your form could be refined but, it's going to be enjoyable watching you strike out and find a good form and style that you write with...every poet and writer finds one and yours will be uniquely yours and I am sure I will be abck here in the coming months posting about your style...and now I'm rambling so I'm out...lates.

Well thanks Anathema_Ceres I will try to think of more like that. But I just got done writing a song about a time in my life when I was living on a persons property. The 2 trailers were owned by these people the landlord lived in one and I lived in the other. Well this song tells you about what happened when I lived there. Just for the record this woman was christan beyond beleif she would ask me to go to church and had "jesus" statues everywhere.............

Drank my life away

Verse 1:

She told me I could live there for 300 dollars a month.
She told me I could do anything that I please.
I brought over a girl and a couple of beers.
And this is what happened to me.

Chorus:

I drank my life away.
Been getting drunk now everyday.
Snorting cocaine every now and then.
I need help my friend.

Verse 2:

Well she watched me everyday.
And the rent I still paid.
She was a very Holy woman.
But she didn't beleive in what I did.
And I lived on her property.
Little baggies and beer cans.
Covered the lawn for all to see.

Well she had enough of me.

She finally evicted me.
For premarital sex and watching to much porn on tv.

I come up with something morbid today. Things I think about in my spare time about ex-girlfriends so I would like to share it........

Corpse

Corpse I like there body parts on toast
I like the maggot infeasted toes
And the rotted off nose
the ooze flows
Feeling the gorge blood explode
Within the viens shown

I carefully hack away
I show no shame
For you are dead anyway
You don't feel a thing

I get down to your lung
This should be fun
I slice it in too and watch the blood spurt
Hey would you look at that
It looks like a mutilated cat

I get to your intestines
Now I am in a place called heaven
I take a bite or two
I think I am going to spew

But I am not done yet
I get to your crotch
And then I do some art
666 reads on your hip
Damn you are a ugly son of a bitch

I take the collected remains
Store them in a freezer
I wonder what I am going to have for dinner
Pus sores cover your face
Man that looks great

I cook the head and watch it ooze
Then I take off my shoes

These were my favorite lines. NICE IMAGERY! Very creative, it wasn't the usual act of brutality you normaly see in poems. I am loving it.

I didn't seem to care
I got a couple of post here and there
Then one caught my eye out of all the rest
She turned out to be the best

Then something started to begin

that part was the coolest..I liked that one the best!
The bible poem was really good too Justin..I can see your already improving on your own work :D

You do have a very different view of writing..And thats great because you dont normally see that here..Yeah surprise surprise..You usually see poems about some violence..but not in the same effect..
Either way your getting better at what you do and thats from the mouth of this poet :)

Anyways, about your newest poem..I loved it

It was simply put and was written with every word ringing clear and true..

I think that is the only things I like to write about really..... Dark morbid hate......... Love......... Those are the only things I feel so that is really all I am going to write about. I am one of those people that don't write about something if I do not feel it. That is why the poem "Corpse" and "The Father" turned out so well in my opinon.... Well thank you very much Mercy I beleive you are a pretty damn good poet yourself. So to hear that from you really does make me feel good. I am going to come out with a lot more people so just keep looking.
