Just wondering who here has heard of Muse? Personally, I'm a tad addicted to them, but most of the people I know think they're too pretentious. (gasp).

When I first heard Muse I bloody hated them, they sounded like a cross between James and Radiohead.

Now that they've had a bit more time to develop I think they deserve every inch of their success. There is something fascinatingly ethereal about their sound.

In my opinion Muse are the best band in the world at the moment. There isn't a single thing they've done that hasn't sent shivers up and down my spine. I was lucky enough to see them a couple of summers back at the Leeds festival, they were touring on the back of Origin of Symmetry and stole the show completely for me. I saw their set from Glastonbury this year also, the only reason I would have wanted to go this year. Again they were simply amazing, I can't think of a more talented musician in the world than Matt Bellamy right now.
