Ok we've all heard it before, but Axl Rose has now put a date to the new album release. And it's going to be this November, lets hope he actually releases it this time.

Another 'It's definately gonna be out in the next few months' story? How many times have we heard this over the past five years? I've heard a couple of the tracks that were originally recorded for it, to be honest I wasn't overly impressed - it wasn't a patch on the old GnR tunes.

I'd still check it out though, IF it happened, but I'm not holding my breath that it does.

I saw the VH1 special on GnR this weekend. Brought back a lot of memories. If Axl hadn't been such a dick with ears, those guys would be on the same level as the Stones. I'm like you on this one Shadout, I'll believe it whe I see it. IF it's released, it will sell great for a while as there's still a lot of GnR fans still out there. But it's been so long since thier last album and with Axl, and maybe Izzy the only original members left, it's most likely not going to have the same magic to it as in years past.

I think Dizzy Reed is the only other member left from the last 'proper' GnR line-up. There were some rumours floating around that Gilby Clarke would be back on rhythm guitar, but those seem to have died.

Axl is using an ages old technique of stalling, given to us puny humans by the god of not doing anything, the almighty Trent Reznor. Now, pay close attention kiddies:

Well IF it does indeed make it out, I'll be glad to hear the damn thing. From what the other new GnR members say, it's going to be different. After all it's been thorugh soo many changes, what we've all heard by now is not exactly what we're going to get.
It'll be different and that's a good thing, if they can re-capture the anger of Appetite it'll be damned amazing. And if they even get a glimpse of use your illusions then we'l all be very happy GnR fans once more.
But on the plus side A band Axl help make, is back in the recording studios and Trent Rznor will soon be releasing his new album.

hmm hopefully it will come out, if it does ill be sure to check it out, but personally i love the old Guns N' Roses stuff, lets see what Axl can come up with.

I not only love it, I think it's some of the best. I've got all there albums on vinyl, and some of the singles.

I heard they are just releasing it to rival Velvet Revolver. But as far as i'm concerned G'n'R finished the day Slash left. I think it kind of looks like none of them wanted Axl in the band so rather that chucking him out they all left and started a new band. I know some people at school that did that.
