Elocin was the second vampire ever made. There was a lamia, if you know the myth she had an affair with zeus, and as punishment hera made the lamia eat her own children. She then as revenge went around stealing other children. The lamia can make another vampire but not another lamia. She didnt have a choice in it though no. The lamia found elocin beautiful and decided to experiment. and realised she could make others like her self, but she only made one, after elocin she lost the power. she then instructed elocin to make a race of vampires.

After the lamia made elocin they bonded for a month or 2, then she vanished, this story is going to take place as the newlings are getting out of control and the townspeople are starting to find out that something unholy is going on. They go to elocins home and threatnes that if she doesnt leave theyll burn it down, but the problem is that elocin cannot find her newlings and doesnt know if she can lave them behind to destroy the city

geographically, is elocin still in greece? She's just outside of town, and she can't find her fledgelings, and now she needs to leave or they're going to burn down her daytime resting place. Entice the fledgelings to return to her by leaving a trail of blood. I know it sounds simple, even banal, but it doesn't have to be human. It could be horse, dog, chicken, cow blood, whatever, but the fledgelings will follow the smell of blood to wherever it leads, and then Elocin will have to deal with their bloodlust, but at least she will know where they are. How many of them are there? Is the lamia who made her still with her or is she on her own? I hope I'm not pissing you off by asking all these questions. I do like your story and I want to join in with you, but I want to get an idea where in time and geography everything at this point is going on so I know where to start. Animatress
