Unknown Consequences - 6/29/04

Tattered wings of shattered faith
Dying hopes left out to fade
Whispering silences
Scream out for a voice
Nothing moves
On this dreaded night
Everything stands still
And hides, in fright
Tears of blood
Run down the cheeks of one
As his arms embrace
The one that left him
The one who loved him
Yet hid in the silence
And never said a word.

Trace of Forgotten - 6/25/04

Alone I sit
Watching family and friends gather
No one here with me
To call my very own
They all act as if I am nothing
As though I cant be seen
Maybe all that?s left
Is the ghost of the girl
Who I think I use to be
Maybe I never was
Or maybe I sill am not
Nothing is for sure
Some lessons cant be taught
Maybe I am nothing
A ghost of one who never was
Lost in this world
That seems so full of love.

Wow I like this one very much, you have alot of talent I like the way you rhymed. You have to write more of your works here, so I can see them, I am looking forward to read them. *dissolves into sand and disappears*

Your poems are so sad, so bitter. Hopeless. It fills me with sorrow, making me remember my own pains. What have you been through that makes you hurt so much? You have a great way of expression through writing, sweetie. It's like a dance through your words, a dance of love and hate and twisting realities. It's very good work... You truly have a gift.

But trust me on this~ You are not nothing. You are worth so much more than you know. Just because people don't pay attention, doesn't mean you're not worth attention. Love yourself, depend on yourself, not on others. Everyone is alone sometimes, but don't let that bring you down. You are worth so much more than you realize.

Storm on My Day - 6/11/04

helplessly I sit listening
as the rain washes away my hopes and dreams
revealing all these lies to me

I sit here holding in my pain
as my heart is silently being broken
once again.

the rain wont go away
its revealing all of me
nothings going to be the same
nothing ever again

I now know why the rainbows gone
and why the lightning no longer strikes
all thanks to the rain

thanks to the rain
nothings ever going to be the same
its reviling all of me
Changing all of them

This storm of Emotions
making me seem the fool
for all the lies i believed were true

all of this rain
pushing where its not supposed to be
I am pushing it away
but I'm already in to deep

then the lightning strikes
and its all over before it began
but still...
nothings ever going to be the same again

No Porcelain Doll - 6/20/04

Bent not broken
Don’t worry so much
I’m not porcelain
Not fragile to your touch
I’m stronger than I look
Not as fragile as I seem
Sure, you can bring a smile
To my face, or maybe make me cry
But inside, you cant break me.
Not even if you tried.

It's good to be strong. I love that poem. "No Porcelain Doll" I'm happy that at least one person is strong enough to hold it together inside.

Storm On My Day~ You can't hold it inside forever. Sometime you'll have to trust someone enough to let them in.

im glad you like them... i like how you interpret my poems... i usualy try to leave them open to interpretation... also alot of times i write really cryptic poetry... so then if they are written about a certain person they wont know... unless they know me really really really well.

Like caressing velvet
Soft like a cloud
Amazing like a shooting star
Spectacular like fireworks
A beautiful sunset
My everything for a moment
A dream you don?t want to wake up from
Pure ecstasy
Concentrated adrenalin
Total excitement
Intoxicating
A pure emotion
Speechlessness
An innocent wow.
