I've listened to some of inflames and in my own opnion i think there pretty damn good as well as moon spell, but through my group of friends non of them seem to agree with my wacky taste in music
Ive listened to some of the new inflames songs and i say it kicks ass, im a pretty big fan and would love to see them in concert id think they'd be really good

So what do you people think you you opinion do you think they're great, good, not bad, or stink, suck, make your ears bleed, yeah i think you get the point id love to know what you think

They must be good because as a rule I dislike melodic metal and The Jester Race is fucking great.

Im still kind of making my mind up about In Flames.
They're metal, yet happy sounding.

Now dont get me the wrong way, I'm not saying thats bad, or against metal or anything as moronic as that, just that its kind of wierd.

Worth a look if only for that reason.

Although I must say, nothing and no-one will ever surpass my passion for Rammstein. My B/F plays a lot of metal so Rammstein first, In Flames second, Hypocrisy third, and everything else can go to hell.

Agreed Rammstein is very good, as for everything else going to hell i think not....Im guessing you havent heard of Moonspell?? they are quiet simular to In Flames there for they should be more well known i think, but in amazment they are not, such a shame
But yes In flames is suppose to be a metal band but has more of a happy sounding way, i believe its his voice its not very screaming like

they're alright i suppose..i just don't really like them much. they don't do it for me musically.

I'm going to see them in 6th July in Athens in Open Air Festival,though.

Um... if you think they stink, why are you going to go see them? Why pay money to see a band you don't like?

yeah i was wondering the same of why buy tickets to see a band you dont like, but there probobly is a band he likes so thats why he is going to go see them, id say hes lucky id love to go see inflames

Only to see Motorhead I would pay 200 euro !!!!

I'm another one who doesn't like them but can't really give a solid reason why, other than they just don't do it for me... As for Moonspell, they're not bad, they remind me more of Type O Negative than In Flames though.

Type O negative is a pretty cool bad, but i dont know why Moonspell reminds me of in flames they just do
but i can understand if the music just doesnt do it for you not everyone likes there music

O hell ya, In Flames is amongst some of my favorite bands.

In Flames is a great band. :) One of my favorite metal bands that I got exposed to by Zeodus. Rammstein is great too. :D Moonspell I think I heard on Beauty in Darkness Volume 6. I think they are on there. What song they play, I forgot. But yes, they're great.

The real question is do you like old In Flames, or do you like them regardless (including when they appeared on the Freddy vs. Jason soundtrack, and their new album)?

I'm wondering though.... didn't I see something in here with the same title? I could have sworn I have....?

I love all In Flames.....new kicks ass too..I got that cd. I love The Quite Place...the quitars in that song kick ass. I don't like Moonspell though, nor that Cradle Of Filth crud.
