Jasmine knew that, in reality, she couldn't possibly be floating, and it wasn't possible that no one could see her. She looked around at everyone passing by as if everything was normal. Jasmine solidified herself somehow, wanting to be seen. It was a strange feeling, like weighing something again, but she was still floating. She jumped to the ground, or more like fell. In reality, none of this should be happening. What had happened to her?

In reality, Jasmine was supposed to be dead. In fact, she was supposed to have died two days ago at around one A.M. in the morning. But this wasn't the world she thought it was, and everything she thought she knew about reality had changed...

*Katrina walks down the strret, and see's some chick fall from the sky. She starts alughing, and walks up to her. "Hey, you must have just been turned into one of the kin, and testing out your powers?" she questions as she leans up against the wall.*

"Katrina?" Jasmine asks shakily. "I was supposed to meet you here... The kin? What's going on? I'm so confused," Jasmine shakes her head liltingly. "Why am I still alive?"

* Walks up to the women, and smile at Katrina. "Yes the Kin. My names Lilly, Kat told me she was coming to met someone so I thought I would tag along." Moves the lady's hair from her neck. And studies the marks on it." She's in the later stages. But she still needs to drink. What's the last thing you remember?" Moves over to the wall and leans on it*

"I don't remember anything. I remember dying. Yes, I remember bleeding to death, that's all. Lily," Jasmine smiles. "I'm Jasmine. What is the Kin? What have I become?"

*Katrina smiles at Lily. "You have become one of us my dear." she says to jasmine. "Come, walk with us. This talk must be private!" Katrina leads them down the street, and down an alley. Once in the alley, she leads them up stairs and into an old abandoned building, so it seems. She opened the door, and shut it behind the three of them. "make your' selves at home." She heard someone in the back, but payed it no attention. She walked to the kitchen area, and got a few viles of blood that she had gotten the day before. Walking abck into the room, she gave the viles to Jasmine. Katrina sat down beside Jasmine, and smiled, "Now, tell me everything you remember... before and after.*

Caim appeared out of the back of the building, "Ah your back. And you brought a new one," his eyes flicker yellow. "Welcome to the Basement. Hope you enjoy your stay. Now where'd Katrina go?" Caim archs an eyebrow in an inquisitive look.

*Katrina looked over the back of the couch, at Caim. "right here." she said with a smile. SO glad you decided to come out front. She laughed a bit, and got up. "how has you'r day been?" she said as she hugged him. Sitting back down, she continued to looka t him.*

"I told you, I don't remember." Jasmine shook her head. "No. Wait. I was bitten. I was attacked by... by... I couldn't see her face. Or his face. It was dark. I was coming back from the cemetery, I work there." Jasmine shook her head. "Hello Caim, I'm Jasmine." Jasmine looked at Katrina and then at Lilly. "What am I?"

Caim smiles, "Same ole, same ole. Got everthing set up for the gathering next week. Speaking of which, heard anything from the others yet?" He always tried to be prepared for the monthly gatherings, although he wasn't always succesful.

*Katrina shakes her head, "No nothing. If you want I'll help you gather things, and maybe this time you can be prepared." she laughed at him, and winked. "Anyway, this i s Jasmine, and of course, you know Lily." she said pointing to teh grils. "Jasmine is new to the kin, and i told her that I'd meet her and so I brought her back here, so we could talk in private." She said as she leaned back against the couch.*

"What the hell am I?" Jasmine's head felt like it was ripping open. Her vision was lined with red. She felt so empty. Her insides felt like they were consuming eachother. "What's happening to me?"

*Katrina looked at jasmine, and frowned. "you know all those stories of vampires and such? well, you were biten, you are now one of the kin. And when I say that I mean a vampire. Don't be frightened, it could only hurt you. The man, or woman that made you what you are now, bite you, and left you to die. I met with you to talk. I will teach you what you'll need to know to survive. It may come to a shock to you, but you'll relize the good that has come from this. sooner or later. If you have any questions, or need any help, you can come to me. caim, Lily, and I have talked about it, and decided to let you stay here, since I will be you'r teacher." She got up, and reached out of Jasmines hand...*

Jasmine grabbed Katrina's hand. "Alright, but why do I feel so empty? I'm dead, aren't I? I'm dead. I'm alive but I'm dead. A vampire." Jasmine shook her head and looked around. "I feel so empty. My head hurts." Her vision was lined with red, marred with pinkness. Her head was being ripped open and sewn back together. "I'm in pain... Will it go away? I thought vampires were strong."

"Well I would be prepared if people would help." Caim said this pointedly at Katrina and Lilly. "But anyways, nice to meet you Jasmine. And the reason your in pain right now is cause you haven't fed yet. You gonna wait till she keels over Kat?" Caim moves over to a chair right across from the couch and plops down in it.

"F-fed?" Jasmine shakes her head. "So I have to kill someone?" Jasmine moves aorund dizzily, swaying a little.

*Katrina glares over at Caim. "NO Caim!" she then looks at Jasmine, and smiles. "Here, drink these." she said handing her the viles. "This will hold you over until you can feed. Now come on.. I'll take you to you'r room, you can looka round, while me and Lily get's ready to go out, again." She walks Jasmine to her room, and then walks to her own. Looking through the closet, she gets out leather pants, a black strapless shirt, a leather jacket, and boots. Once dressed, she fixes her makeup, and walks out into the hall, "you ready?" she asks Jasmine.*

Caim chuckles to himself. When the three go to get ready he yells after them, "Don't take too long. Got lotsa stuff to do." He stands up and reaches behind the chair he was sitting in and picks up his jacket, "Right where I left it." Caim puts the trench coat on and waits for the others.

*Katrina walks down the hall, and into the living room. and glares at Caim.. "Don't make me.." She said with a smirk. She loved to play games like this with him, it was all part of thier life together. She pushed him down in teh chair, and laughed at him. she sat down on the couch, and waited for the 2 girls to come on.*

Caim falls back into the chair and starts twitching. He suddenly tenses and leaps across the space between the chair and couch, pounching on her and sending the couch over backwards, "Hi!" He then proceeds to sit on her stomach, keeping most of his weight off of her though.

*Katrina glares at him, and smirks. Shen then lifts her amrs, and pushes him off, him landing on the coffee table. she flips up onto her feet, and pounces on him, as the table collapes beneath them. she sits oin his tummy, holding his arms down. She laughs at him*

Jasmine drinks the blood in the viles, shocked to find herself enjoying the taste. She tenses and suddenly she isn't there. Left into invisibility again. "How do I control this?"

*Katrina looks up as she hears Jasmines voice, and jumps off of Caim. "You will learn within time. but now, we must go out, and of course.. You will have to kill. It doesn't have to be bad. You can kill murders, or rapests.. whoever you want." Thinking back on what she had said she bite her tongue before she said anything else like that. she knew she shouldn't have said that to a newly one...*

* Stands and walks behind Katrina and Jasmine as they enter her new room passing them she heads for her own.
Once inside, she sits on the bed and takes off her heels replacing them with a pair of knee high boots. Standing again she walks over to the mirror grabing the brush off the table next to her she pulls her hair up off of her face and into a pony tail. Wipping the smeared eyeliner from under her eyes. She walks over to the bed grabs her coat and heads out the door.

Walking by Jasmines room Lily sticks her head in. " You ready to head out or do you need us to wait. So you can get a grip on that?"
Looks up to see the two in the living room. Laughs to herself " Hey we just had to replace that.." She said with a cocked smile. As she waited on Jasmine.*

"I'll go," Jasmine looked up at the new girl. "What's your name? Are you another vampire?"

Jasmine looks back to Katrina, tilting her head to the side. "Where do we find people like that?"

Caim still on the floor grining, "What's that make five now? But anyways, we need to get going if we're to get everything done." He hops up and dusts himself off.Caim crosses his arms and taps his foot, he was impatient to leave as always.

*Katrina looks at Caim in disgust.. "Can't you just wait for one flippin' second?!?" she rolls her eyes, as she hands a leather jacket to Jasmine..."here ya go hun." she opens the door and looks at Caim.."there, go!" She says to Caim.. As she waits for every one walk out, so she could lock up the place. Once outside, they stand there looking around, waiting for someone to lead the way... "ahh, come on!" she starts to walk down the alley, and into the street. Katrina looks up and see's a group of guys in front of a bar.. "come on girls.. it's time to play." she thinks about Jasmine being new to this and turns to her, "don't worry dear.. it will happen in a matter of seconds.. you will know what to do, trust me." she turns back around, adn walks up to the guys.. "hey..lookin' good tonight." she says with a smile.. *

Jasmine followed Katrina's lead and walked up to the guys, looking back at the girl and Caim nervously. Jasmine flashed one of the guys a smile. "Hey there."

* Smiles as she sees the two head for the men. She turns to Caim." Oh come on don't look so upset I bet you can go inside and find one for yourself as well." She winks at him turning she heads torwards the two. As she walks up she catches one of the mens gaze " Hey Kat mind if I join?" She smiles at the man."

Caim sighs and heads past the group and into the bar. He sits on a stool near the bathrooms. "What'll you have?" the bartender asks. Caim looks at him, "Vodka." He wasn't much of a drinker, but to night felt different for some reason.

*Katrina looks up at lily, and nods,"yea.." she watches Caim walk by, with his head bowed... she didn't want to flirt with other guys, but thats the only way to lure them around into the alley. She starts talking to this tall dark and handsome guy. his hair was a sandy brown, and eyes green. About 10 minutes of talking to him, she takes his hand in hers, "come on.. lets have fun." she licks her teeth, and leads him into the alley. He kisses her neck, but she stops him, "let me.." she gently pushes him against the wall, and kisses his neck. His eyes close, and she knows this was the perfect time.. Swiftly, she bites his neck, and blood comes rushing into her mouth. She suported his weight, as he went to fall to the ground in pain. She hatted doing this to guys, but she needed to live somehow. She left him laying there and wiped her mouth. She walked out of the alley, and into the bar, to sit by Caim.."hey!" she says as her finger tips runs across his back. She sits by him, and leans in to kiss him on his cheek.*

Caim smiles as she kisses him on the cheek, "I take it your done." He downs his third shot of tequila, "Now I remember why I don't drink very often. I like it too much." He orders another two shots and downs them. "So, now we gotta wait for the other two."

*Katrina smiles and nods, "yea, but i think you need to stop drinking.. since you'r already drunk." she orders a shot of whiskey,a nd downs it, like it was nothin'. "Come on.." she says as she stands up... she throws $500 down on the bar, and grabs him by the arm.. Katrina leads him outside, and see's lily.. "bring her home, once ya'll are through." she leads Caim down the alley, and up the stairs to thier home. Opening the door, she sits him on the couch. "ya kniw.. you really do need to quit getting jelous!" she says as she walks down the hall, and into her room...*

Caim shakes his head, "Yeah, yeah, I know I shouldn't. I just can't help it." He looks up at the wall clock, it said 3 o'clock. "Well shit. Still need to get the stuff for next week. Eh, she won't know that I'm gone if I hurry." Caim gets up quietly slides out the door, and heads up the street.

*Katrina walked out of the room, and down the hall, only to see that Caim was gone.. "now dangit.." walking to the door, she saw that he had left.. She walked out of the house and started walking down the alley. Once she got up to the street, she saw him walking down the sidewalk.. "hey.. Caim!!" she started running to him, and finally caught up. "why'd ya leave?" She wrapped her arm around him, and kissed his cheek..*

Caim returns the embrace, "I still gotta get the stuff for next week, remember?" He kisses her fully on the lips, "Now you coiming or not." Before she can answer Caim picks her up and starts to carry her down the streat.

*Katrina accepts the kiss, and laughs as he picks her up.. "ahh.. put me down!!" she kicks and screams, and tries to get down, but relizes it's no use..*

"Well, okay if you really wanna walk." He sets her down. "So you coming with? Or you gonna go back and wait for the other two?" Caim was walking backwards while talking. "Ya know, if it's just us two we can make it a date." He stoped and waited for her answer.

*katrina laughs at him.. "make it a date huh?" she runs up beside him, "sure, i'll come with." we can both bring home lots and ots of things to have the gathering with.. ya know.. it's not long from now either.." she looped her arm through his, and started skipping down the sidewalk, like a little kid.*
