Well, this is as close to socializing with my own kind as it gets. I swear there are no other vampires in my area. If there are, they are hiding. I have searched for them, but I have yet to find them. So...I really don't have many friends... I have a few human friends, but that is all. I have to wonder... as we come upon the begining of a new year... how many of you are pleased with your life as it stands.

Perhaps this would be a good place for vampires to speak of their desires.... whatever those might be. Do you search for a job that better suits you, a lover that meets certain needs and desires... perhaps money.... success.

Many of the vampires that gather here..... say that for all practical purposes.... they are human. So.... do our needs and desires mirror those of our non-vampire brothers and sisters? Or as vampires... are there special considerations that you take into account... when searching for that which you desire.

Is it just me or do we all dry out in the sun rather quickly these days..Because i dont really sweat much...but still i become very dry ,when my skin was "good" before? plus its the dry season here...so i am looking at major dehydration if i continue my "normal" activities...
