no, even if vampires do win a battle, it possible analogy is cattle to humans. They need us to feed off of, and they prefer our blood more than other another other species. Not to mention they need us to reproduce. (since I believe that vampires are not able to preform sexually)

If tomarrow Vampires were to be proven real by coming on television and declareing war on humanity and takeing control of the world, then the next day you would see another news program where Big foot announces they have super-advanced technology and they are the flying saucers and have been useing little grey robots to hide their true identity and with an Allience with the Fox spirits, the Windigo and the deamon armies they take back the earth and slaughter every single vampire.

I don't think we would have to worry. Judging by the myths and the theories of vampires, humans would out number them anyway. As far as I know, vampires usually keep their numbers down. I think if they were to tell the world they existed, proved what they were and threatened to take over it would definatly cause a mass hysteria, and you wouldn't want to be someone that gets caught out and about at night.
