;) I haven't fed in weeksand Im trying to get back on feeding again...this is a pain in the ass...I usually feel myself feeding unconsciously,and then I wonder if Im a psi that can feed and not even feel a dam thing at all and go on and on...when ever I try and get back on my feeding again it's so, so hard.
Help me :( ,I don't want to get any side effects from not feeding which I think I have already...

Nails, one of the easiest ways to get back into feeding is to use nature. Find a place near you that is abundant with energy, using the full moon also works. Now instead of actively feeding, open yourself up, and let your body absorb the surounding energy. This can also be done in a crowd of people, however this can quickly get out of control and end up in someone being hurt. It is your decision, but the key is let the energy go through you. This will give you enough energy to go out and actively feed again. Hope this helps!

.........You are not starving yourself, if you think that you dont know how to feed than you need to re-think what you are...........you are a psi,...... are you not........than if you answered yes than you know how to keep yourself feed, but if you try and make yourself feed that is called "goreging" and that will hurt...... You have to remember that all of these things are deep with in you and the more you think about it and putting extra pressure on yourself the harder it becomes..............

Some one that I know just recently go sick for the fact of not feeding well, I talked to her and she always speaks in a weird tongue. Even more wierd though is that i understand it.
