when it rains
tears of struggle
mixed with shame
gratitude forlorn
forgotten and misformed
misfortune looks down
onto you ill begotten form

When the Heavens Angels call
Will I hear their Trumpets song
Or will those soulfilled harmonies
glide right over and past me
Like the lambs blood above the door
death won't come calling anymore
To Live forever in this house of horrers
Troubles fall
and misery hovers
Tears will fill the streets of man
Blood and fear will rule over them
Pray and plead tho they might
a deaf ear turned to them in spite
knowledge fuels the passions fire

as deceiving to the meek

Shadow tells:

A fallen angel is what you are.
You move like a cape in the wind.
Dark as death and just as quick.
You tend to walk in the shadows and befriend the night.
To take chances is to tempt fate, but to court it is the ultimate thrill.
TO your left is the light and to your right is the darkness,
but to have a foot on either side is where you stand.
A little piece of your soul dies yet no one knows but I.
Only one can wipe away from your eyes the blande stare of the breathing dead.

My Life was so full of sin,
Filled to the brim but like an addict,
I couldn't quit.
I had my fun, and when I was done,
I stood at the pearly gates of heaven.
The Mighty gates, they stood tall.
Closed to me, amongst them all.
I begged the Lord pretty please.
And When I saw God had turned his Back on me,
I began to realize what I had just seen.
The ANgels Cried,
and the Devil Weeped,
But God just stood there upon his peak.
The Demons of satan came for me then,
cackling madly upon their whim,
It was then I realized I was one of them,
The Devils own Advocate.

Black Heart:

A Black little heart beats in my chest, it barriers are up and guards on post.
Razor wires bar its entrance such defiance the little black thing does hold.
A Black little heart beats in my chest, fear is a mote around the soul.
Silence it coming can you guess the rest, no for the bible does tell us so.
A Black little heart beats in my chest, its rhythms sounding on through eternity.
No peaceful serenity for me now, chaos reigns the soul.

Ready to run and flee from the lead,
Chomping at the bit like a horse to be freed.
Anxious to let go of societies creeds,
Holding back afraid of the seeds.

The wind under my feathers

Take from the blood of the innocence.

Nightmares:
I see you through my blinding tears,
Through sightless eyes that show no fears.
Tears of malice,
Tears of shame,
Tears of soulless misery.
Dusty droplets and rosy cheeks,

Waking up from a nightmare deep,

Jealousy:

Will you always sing with me.
Serenading in the moons beaming rays.
Will you always play by me,
When life seems to fly right by.
You have no idea how much my heart cries,
Whenever you near.

I want to touch
But I can’t stand to hear.
The cutting words of jealousy
Screaming in my ears.
People want what they can’t have.
We have what they want.
Dry eyes that can cry no tears,
Shed dusty droplets upon ice cold fears.
I put on my mask like I have no cares,
You see right pass them and stare at my fears.
You charm me into tranquility
And show me so peace.
That I can once more see,
Beyond their beliefs.
Jealousy stares at us with its little green eyes.

Once loved, discarded and forgotten,
The Hurt the pain the unbearable dismay
Twice loved, betrayed and shunned,
My heart ripped out and slammed on the Ground
Thrice like a barb buried in my chest

The Shadow that remains, it seems the same
Look into the eyes and become utterly stunned
The Empty Husk of the person I was
Blows away like dust in the wind
My heart no longer within my grasp
The stain on the ground that tells once was
A prisoner within
A warning to man
Beware the darkened ones
Devils with halos on their horns
Feathered Wings dripping with blood
Thousands of leagues
