Here is what you do. The next time you see the guy ask him why he is following you, if he is a vampire it will piss him off something fierce because vampires hate to be asked asinine questions and he will probably leave you alone after that. Now on the off chance that he isn't a vampire but just some guy with pointy teeth then you are fucked because if you stop long enough to ask him a question then he is probably going to pull you into a dark alley somewhere and sodomize you until you pray for the sweet release of death.
